My family finally replaced our 70's era original air conditioning after years of it not working and We Care made the switch so easy. When Ed S. came to our home for the quote, he took the time to explain all of our options and answer all of our questions. Due to some confusion (within the family), the inspection before install day was a bit rushed, but Bryan B. took it all in stride and got the job done, allowing us to stay on schedule with the installation. The install the next day was quick and painless. The whole crew was considerate as they worked and made sure to keep everything as tidy as they could. They worked quickly and got all the duct work, furnace and A/C installed the same day they started. I was impressed with the service and work that We Care did and will be sure to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing, heating or air conditioning.

We Care Plumbing, heating, air, etc. A fast growing company that really cares about their customers - I have been a customer with them for about 8 years. Never had a complaint (KNOCK ON WOOD). Today needed some minor plumbing and Dewey Hunter, another professional at WC, came and completed the task at a timely manner. Very personable and knows his craft. If you need service, I recommend WC and if you get Dewey - call yourself lucky.

Dewey is an excellent plumber who always arrives at his appointed time and works with a pleasant and friendly personality. Dewey is experienced and provided excellent service to us in installing our kitchen sink and bathroom faucet. We will use Dewey again for any of our plumbing needs!

Ozzie came on a very hot day to fix our ac. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and made sure everything was working properly. I will request him when I need service again.

Tyler Service Tech with We Care was a very pleasant young man with the knowledge needed to get my air conditioner working to full capacity. He listened to me as I told him what was happening with my air conditioner and then he explained what he was going to do to resolve the problem. It took a while but he was able to get my air conditioner working to full capacity.

I just got a whole house fan from We Care Plumbing and Heating and it really helps with cooling down my upstairs. The installers were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Our experience in replacing our air conditioning system using "We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar" was exceptional. From dealing with our Salesman (Paul) who was very knowledgeable, through the installation service team (lead by Christopher) we give them a 5 star. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. Our installation was during the latest heat wave of 110 degrees. The crew of 4 worked from 8 a.m. through 9 p.m. to get the job done in one day, which we really appreciated. The service team used tarps to minimize dust and dirt, discussed options and explained everything thoroughly through the process. We consider them the best and highly recommend them.

Absolutely first class, all the way around!
Paul (sales) came to the house to provide an estimate, and he was very courteous and professional. He offered many different options for a complete heating/air conditioner replacement, and discussed in detail all the rebates and financing.
They squeezed us in on a weekend, and the two installation men (Van and Jesse) were the nicest, most polite young men I've ever dealt with. It was a hundred degrees outside that day, but they persevered and completed the job to perfection.
Paul followed up the next day to ensure we were satisfied - - this company earned 5 stars +

I recently had Robert, a technician from We Care, come to my home to diagnosis a potential issue with my air conditioning unit. He was able to correctly identify a problem and suggest a solution. I needed some further information and contacted the service manage. He was very helpful and honest. I highly recommend We Care for air conditioning issues.

Wow, this company and the tech who installed my tank-less water heater are TERRIFIC! Fast, efficient, expert in product installation, helped with financial options, and in my option is the best experience of this type ever in my home!

We Care Plumbing was prompt and professional while working on my problem. The time taken and the the expertise given was terrific. Melvin diagnosed the water heater issue immediately and replaced the unit. This was all done after hours and on a holiday! Thanks WE Care.....you live up to your slogan.
