Alfredo M. did a great job with my new furnace & thermostat installation. He showed me how the safety shutoff features work and explained how to use the new thermostat, walking me through each step.

My phone contact was with Dolores, who was very courteous, friendly, and spent time explaining my options. Nick was sent to my home the next day to diagnose the problem with my A/C. Not only did he figure out the problem, he was able to temporarily fix it and went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer to see if my unit was still under warranty. I mentioned my husband eventually wanted to relocate the unit to the attic or garage, and Nick even got out a ladder to access the crawl space to see if it was feasible. I was really impressed with the amount of time he spent with me and making sure I was well taken care of.

We Care team of professional plumbing, heating, air and solar technicians are excellent in their field of service. They offer good quality service and maintenance service options to all their customers. I have been using them for over a year now for all my household services and enrolled in their annual maintenance plan for my heating, air and plumbing systems. because I felt they were trustworthy, I purchased a monthly contract for them to come and check my systems each month. This month was the plumber's turn. He recommended a change in my toilet downstairs because it fills the bowl slowly and I probably have some lime scale in the little holes that feed the water from the tank into the bowl. This replacement would cost $744. But he wasn't done there.
He also recommended that I replace my three-quarter inch pressure regulator or at a cost of $446. If you do a little homework you can find the same pressure regulator, and do a couple of nuts to remove the old one, put in the new one, and tighten those same nuts again. Cost is easily under $100.
But wait, there's more!
He recommended a flow tech hard water descaler at a cost of $2450. For one, The cost of one is not even $500. Number two, it doesn't do what the literature they handed me says it will do.
The science they explain it with simply doesn't work in the real world like that.
In short, it sounds like this company is out to line their pockets and more than help customers. Unless things turn around, this company will not be earning trust from the people it should be making a living from. Integrity goes a long way. I wish them well, but I am sorry I had to go through this.
Both Alex and Tyler were polite and competent in their respective fields. Alex was able to diagnose the plumbing issue; we chose not to have him do the repair because the price of the replacement unit seemed over-priced. (I can get a similar product and installation at about a third of the cost elsewhere. Tyler was proficient, prompt and performed the HVAC system check-up, filter replacement and air-purification unit replacement. Both team members are good at their job and relate well to customers.
Great Experience. Very happy with all the work we had done.

I have been using We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar for the last 6+ years. We encountered them at the Temecula Costco when we needed a new AC system. Since then, they have been out several times for routine maintenance, installing a new hot water heater and most recently to troubleshoot our AC system. Alex showed up and started testing the system, to find a clogged condensate drain line. He was able to clear the clog and get the system working without any further issues. While here he also made some adjustments to the fan speeds and checked all the alert codes for additional problems. I have been extremely happy with the professionalism and courtesy from each of the techs and representatives from We Care.

I called to schedule an appointment for my air conditioning. Even though they were all booked up I was able to get a tech out the same day. That is Service. My tech was Austin. He showed up ready to work. He has a great personality and very out going. I told him the problem I was having and he started checking the system. He was in the attic for a short while running tests. He finally figured out the problem. There was a screw that was the issue. It seems the damper was getting caught up on the screw. Boy what a life saver.

I had a problem with the outside a/c unit ever since it was installed in Aug-2013. I kept getting "Critical Alert Codes 400 and 404 at the thermostat. After many service calls and speaking to Jesse P. in the Customer Care Department, she set up a appointment with Eric V., one of their HVAC Technician's. Eric has been here on other several routine service calls in the past. He has found and corrected problems created at time of install in Aug-2013. He is my "tech of choice". On Eric's last visit, he called a tech at Lennox. After speaking to a tech there, the two of them checking many things, decided to replace the capacitor. That was a week ago today, 8/08/17, and I am very happy to say that I have had no more alert codes! It took time, but Eric found and corrected the problem. I will always ask for Eric V., when I schedule my service calls. I want to thank the We Care team for all the hour's spent trying to resolve this issue in the past, and special thanks to Jesse P. for a quick appointment and to Eric V. for resolving the problem.
