Joe showed up on time, was incredibly cheerful (considering that he knew that he was going to have to go on a roof to evaluate the problems), explained each aspect of his evaluation, did all that he could to resolve the problem, and, when it became apparent that the issue(s) were not going to resolved on the first visit, expressed his concern for our well being and a promise to do some follow up with us. He is a credit to your company.

Had a new AC system installed in my home. the system worked for 2 weeks and failed. I called the company to inform and they stated it would take a week before they can come out. This is the hottest time of the year and being that the system is so new this should not be the case and they should stand behind their work and products. If they were going to make money off of me they would have been there the day it broke down.
The customer called on 6/25/17, after our office was closed, requesting service on a non-working AC system that we had recently installed. The on call representative told him that he was already on schedule for 6/29 (4 days later) for another service. The customer was told that we were unable to come out that night but that we would call him in the morning once the office opened up so we could try to get out to him sooner than the already scheduled appointment set for 4 days later since the unit was not working. We were able to get a technician out to him on 6/25/17 who resolved the issue with the AC. The customer received service in less than 24 hours during the hottest and busiest week of the year. We regret that we were unable to come out the same night but are satisfied with a less than 24 hour response to solve the issue.

The service provider was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sale us. He presented options and made it clear what are choices were.

I would like to recognize Jose E for a great job done during our water problem! Our water softener burst and all resins went inside the cold water pipes all over the house which resulted in clogging our faucets. showers and toilets. Jose patiently flashed, cleaned and replaced damaged parts. He made sure we had our water line clear of resins and up functioning again.Thank you very much Jose E!

We found them on time and actually we're able to get our service personin earlier and called to see if it would work for us. Josh our service representative did a little more than asked in cleaning our air conditioner. We are very happy with the phone calls to let us know where Josh was in getting to our home way out in the country. We do recommend this company.

Tyler was very helpful solving the Thermostat programming, he was very determined to get the temperature set at 78 degrees for me. Performed maintenance on AC, washed condenser coils & replace AC filter. Tyler was very thorough in his job performance! I would recommend "We Care" to all me friends & family members. The service charge was very accommodating to my budget!

I was very pleased with the service of Dan the plumber. He inspected the hot water heater and all the plumbing fixtures in the house. Excellent job! Also, Jesse who called to arrange the appt. was very professional and polite when speaking with me.

Cristian visited my home today to conduct an inspection of the A/C System. I greeted him at the front door and showed him where the thermostat was and how to get upstairs in the attic to the furnace. I also showed him where the A/C unit was. He conducted the inspection and found a problem with low refrigerant in the A/C unit. He very carefully explained the problem and the reason it happened in the first place. I really appreciated that. He then remedied the problem by adding the refrigeration that was necessary. He also inspected the furnace functionality and the furnace filter. I am now 100% set for the Summer. I highly recommend Cristian and We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar. Cristian was very impressive and is without a doubt a very professional technician.

Austin was doing the best A/C maintenance and knows exactly all test procedures. I would like him to do the heater maintenance too for all future visits for both A/C and heater.

I recently purchased a home and found Tree intrusions to be a major problem. I was taken advantage of by every Contractor and then there was Josh. Josh (Home Advisor) was relatable, explained every step, I had every reason to be cautious because of the nightmare I had gone through, he was sensitive to my hardship. This young man made me feel I could trust him. I Knew I did not have to get another estimate. Josh repaired my main line sewer problem today. He called me out periodically to show me what he was doing and explained what the next step would be, he was knowledgeable of other resources which he share the information. I have found me a plumbing company for life, "We Care" and I will request Josh as my plumber for life. Thank-you We Care you lived up to your name.

I was taken advantage of by We Care plumbing when I had a serious under-slab leak which had to be repaired same-day. After assessing the repair I signed a work order for an very high amount as I had no time for a second bid. After completion of the repair I realized I was grossly OVERCHARGED for the work performed. Their manager will not discuss my concerns with me.

Evan M was here from WC Heating, Air and plumbing. He came for a routine checkup on our plumbing. He was very thoughtful of our property. He did a thorough job. He found no problems. We have the once a month maintenance agreement with WC so there was no charge on the checkup.

It was truly a red carpet experience for Cortez to come service our AC and heating.
When I answered the door, there was a red carpet on the door step, which told me that the service was going to be good. Cortez explained every detail to me, so that I was satisfied with my questions.
