As a first time PHA ED, I was not aware that I had to begin renewing SAM 3 months ahead of the year end. I asked Melissa to help me renew SAM in the same month it was set to expire. She did it! Her assistance will ensure our PHA income stream will continue uninterrupted. She also explained how to conduct the renewal next year, so that I'll be able to continue in the future and be able to renew each year for free. I highly recommend her.

We were struggling to get our SAM.gov registration updated after it had expired and needed to be migrated to the new login.gov. We had tried everything and were not able to accomplish it. Login.gov help desk was not able to assist and closed our ticket. We contacted US Federal Contractor Registration and within just 2 days they were able to accomplish the registration for us. We are glad they were able to assist us.

The agency has had difficulties with navigation through the nuances and bureaucratic processes with SAM.
