I contact this business for help with our SAMS. The gentlemen I spoke to told me as soon as I pay the 599 he would do our business assessment. As soon as I paid he told me to watch a youtube video instead and that he would do the assessment in fourteen days. I then get leary of the situation and I called the billing department to ask for my money back. The woman answered stating she was in billing and then when I asked for my money back she told me she wasnt with billing and that I needed to talk to Jonathon or someone. I have called and emailed multiple times about my refund and NO ONE has responded back to me. This business is a scam.
