I paid almost $4000.00 to this company. They promised to provide trainings and access to government purchasing officers. The acquisition manager lied
Tehy only provided templates and phone numbers to make cold calls to these purchasing officers. No daily training was provided as promised. They asked me to make additional payments for trainings.
I am asking a refund of the payment made for the APP program because once i logged in the first day and found out that it was not going to be beneficial to me, i sent email to them the following day to cancel my subscription. This same manager avoided my calls and emails. Later he called me back and promised to cancel. Then he sent email 5 days later stating that he will not cancel the APP program since I had logged on it
This was a misunderstanding. Client had emailed an employee direct not *** per the contract, to cancel and this email was not put in our system. We have timestamped verified this email and refunded the APP portion the client purchased. We also assigned a new account representative to continue working with the client on our SAP program. The client accepted the agreement to refund the 998.00 dollar portion and keep the rest of the program. She is also happy with this outcome. We hope to keep *** as a client for years to come. She also enjoys John W.s youtube training :) . Thanks *** for helping us close this out quickly.

leads businesses to believe they are with S.A.M. in US Government! Made MANY errors and I finally caught on that I wasn't working directly with S.A.M.
End of January I was renewing my government registration to work with Government Contracts. I needed my S.A.M. renewed and went on line to do it.
Their ad pops up 1st- I thought they were actually with the government and thought it was odd that I would have to pay $599.00 to renew something that has always been free, but went ahead and gave them some information. WELL- they registered me alright- with NO changes! I have a new business address, phone numbers, contact info as well as Business name change. THIS WAS NOT DONE!!!! I ended up doing it myself, was 1 month late and couldn't bid on any business NOR collect money that was owed to me by the Government in the interim. These people are probably cheating LOTS of unsuspecting businesses!!!~
I expect my money back- they were of NO service and actually COST me some business with the U.S. Army in Texas!
The client signed a contract and knew we were not the Federal government. In this email she even blames our company for not getting it done correct. She said we claimed to be experts when she signed up. We did process the paperwork exactly as she told us to do with the signed worksheets that she sent in. We also offered to fix the solution for the client and she said she would do it on her own. We technically did all the work that was requested but we did not complete the registration how it needed to be done because we were not properly instructed by the client. We are giving this client a refund because we did not finish the registration due to errors in information that she had provided.

I provided the information I was aware of.
You claimed to be experts. You should be researching these when you grab $599 from people. It isn't just a cut and paste job.
I am now out of work, because NO ONE from your company knew that they need to research, and became a prime example. I have just been turned down for a Coast Guard ship going into Pascagoula, Ms. because my SAM isn't ready.
I expect a FULL refund- and quickly - or I *** protest it with my Credit Card company with our paper trail.
This isn't personal towards you- it's a corporate issue that they refuse to take responsibility for!

Ms. J. was courteous, efficient, and responsive in assisting me to register my new disability-consulting service in the Federal System for Award Management (SAM) database. As a blind person, I was challenged to complete some of the on-line information, and Ms. J., and her company, facilitated my successful registration, allowing me to begin offering services.
US Federal Contractor Registration has been more than helpful. I was totally loss and did not comprehend the process. However, through their guidance the process was made simple.
