US Federal Contractor Registration

The communication started out slow but the issue was resolved. The last 2 days the communication was great and problem solved. Without their help not sure if would have been able to resolve.

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby D. to help us become eligible to apply for a grant . We didn't realize that our registration had expired and we needed to be able to have our SAM registration activated under a very tight time frame. Bobby worked with us to make sure we had a smooth and successful process. He worked with us through the registration phase and was there to answer questions while remaining professional and very upbeat. You just knew everything was going to be Ok when you were working with him. He did an excellent job of answering questions and let us know after he finished his part of the job that a case manager would be working with us. He even called to let us know that our registration had been successfully completed. From start to finish, Bobby D. provided an exceptional level of service.

I had a major problem with getting awarded and also filing a couple of State and Federal Grants. At the time, I was up against a major time crunch. Upon calling on Saturday evening I received a quick and efficient call first thing Monday morning. After getting all my paperwork in line I began to work with Wendy C. She was very helpful and delightful to work with throughout the day. Many times workers seem annoyed with working with someone in a time crunch but she took my problems and made them a priority and showed me a great willingness of caring for my project. She helped me with all my paperwork and answered all my necessary and un-neccesary stupid questions quickly and efficiently. Without her help I would not be able to finish many projects. She not only helped but also explained the Why ans Who sam.gov came into existance. Employess like Ms. C. make the business and the staff very succesful and caring. I was dreading going through this process until I started working with her. Again, it was a pleasure working with a great staff and Ms. C.

She always got back to us with answers very quickly. She slow walked us through the process and was right there to answer questions when we were registered and just getting started.
