Melissa B. has been my assistant in renewal of my SAM registration for the last 3-4 days. She has been very concientious, keeping me informed what I need to do and her doing what is needed to complete my registration. She has saved me a ton of time in getting me my renewal.

We dealt with Melissa B. today and she was terrific! Our SAM account and Grant.gov accounts were all messed up with the wrong people etc. Melissa was amazing and even though I am sure it was a huge pain she remained friendly and courteous the entire time. She redid everyone's logons and explained all of it to us who were clueless. She was determined t make sure we could enter our new grants immediately from the Rhode island Zoological Society. In fact the gentleman who answered at the main switch board and our account manager Justin were beyond cheery and polite. Certainly not what I am at all used to when dealing with government entites. We were shocked. I even made a comment about it to my colleaugues that I thought something must be up. It was all of them but Melissa took the cake for the work she did today! Thank you so much! Although it's free to register in SAM or any of the other programs, I highly recommend that if you have the extra money, it would be well worth it to have Christie and her team get it done much faster than the time it would take to do it all on your own.

Trying to get approved to apply for federal grants is a major undertaking. I didn't realize when I started that I would be trying to work with multiple federal agencies that don't talk to each other. When I got a case worker - Melissa B - things got so much easier. She was able to personally guide me through the process and told me exactly what I needed to do in what order. With her help we were able to get approved and move forward with plans for grant funding. I can't recommend this service enough.

My experience with US Federal Contractor Registration Inc., was surprisingly pleasant. The young lady who helped me with my RE-Registration problems, Nina C., was (1.) very Knowledgeable in her job function, and (2.) Very helpful, but, most of all (3.) VERY Patient with me. Personally, I have a tendency to get very nervous when handling this kind of government requirement, but fortunately for me, Nina was not only VERY kind, and considerate, but she seemed to know instinctively HOW to deal with people like me and my nervousness. Even her voice was soothing, and in a very short time I was actually enjoying the process. Of course the reason I had to RE-Register was because I simply FORGOT to do it. Nina made me feel comfortable (removing my guilt feelings) and she was able to make the whole process pleasant instead of frightening. I cannot say enough about her kindness, eficiency and PEOPLE SKILLS.
