I have been a customer now for a short period of time (about a month). From my own experience, I found the company reps straight forward, no-nonsense and above all, always honest with me. Learning how to work with the government is a very complicated process, and I have found the training I've received from USFCR to be extremely helpful.

So far, I have also found all in the company to be responsive and easy to reach whenever I've needed to get one-on-one with any of the firm's personnel.

Yes, they charge fees (which are fully disclosed up front), but I would not expect anyone to work as a non-profit. For anyone out there thinking about trying to do this solo, I am going to suggest you are in for a very bumpy ride. As just one example, I personally spend over 30 hours just trying CAREFULLY to get registered on SAM, only to find out I still made major mistakes that were found by the USFCR rep working with me. I could go on, but I'll simply state that so far I have found USFCR's help to be invaluable.

The Setup was such a simple task with the help of my agent Melissa B. She worked with me through a difficult setup in which a party had left the company and the login was through this previous employee. Instead of answering questions or trying myself. Melissa took the lead and guided me through the setup with little to no effort on my part. The setup seemed tedious and complicated possibly if it was not for her help. I would certainly commend SAM on the Customer Service aspect. I will update my review on the side of Bids as time passes. Very very pleased at the moment.

I sent him a note, we spoke, within 24 hours we have people on it. I will also tell you, if you have a problem, or need help understanding a bid request, he is OUTSTANDING with weeding out the questions and helping you in any way to reach your goals. If you have questions or need help understanding something, this is the guy you need to talk too, he is a wealth of information and had led me in the right direction many times. John also has a class, call in daily, you can bring up your questions there and its great, there are other people online as well...sometimes its great hearing other folks feedback. Great community with folks that want to help you succeed .
