This company is doing false advertisement. They told you that it cost 599 for SAMS registration. Sam registration is free.
This company is doing false advertisement. They told you that it cost 599 for SAMS registration. Two months later from 5/24/18 the registration is not done I had to keep following up and then I found out from the government that-it doesn't cost anything to register for SAM. They told me the registration is free. Please be aware of this company. It's nothing but false advertisement- very misleading. Jessica won't respond to any of my emails so my only option is to file a claim with my bank.
They need to be reported to the government and also refund my full 599.
The government offers free assistance with providing questions about your SAM registration but will not fill this registration for you. We take on the task of doing that for you. IF you will search through your emails you will see pages of communication with you and Jessica as she did this for your firm. Please reference the signed contract you have with our firm. Also please see the attached work log showing all the tasks that were completed. We even have a signed notarized letter from your CEO authorizing our firm to act on your behalf, and pay the fee. We have reached out many times about your registration. We have prepared the entire registration and just required you to login and finalize your user account. I think this must be a giant misunderstanding. I have also put a phone call into your firm but it went straight to voicemail. If you need further assistance please reach out to us so we can resolve your claim. We never even got a cancellation request submitted so we can stop work on the file. This was the first notice of you being unhappy with our firm. I know that you would not like it if we posted things about your firm without first giving you the chance to respond to them. If you would like to cancel please follow the cancellation procedure listed on the bottom of every page of our website as well as on the signed contract I'm sending you now.

I was not familiar with the federal contractor registration process. Christie virtually took me by the hand and helped me register my company is the system. She ensured that my SAM registration and Grants.gov registration are all linked.
