Seeking Refund from USFCR for $1497.00 which we paid for SAM.GOV Registration though we haven't submitted any application to start the process.
On November 30, 2018 i.e. Friday we have paid USFCR $1497.00 to avail services from them for SAM.GOV Registration and WOSB Certification. We paid them in the evening. But then we got to know that before availing these services from any third party vendor or anyone else; we should first need to complete some documentation with SBA. So we do not want to avail these services from them anymore. So on December 04, 2018 I tried to reach Mr. Bobby D. in USFCR to inform him for the same but after multiple calls and left multiple voice messages; he didn't picked up my phone calls. Then I visited their website and saw that refund form; filled and submitted. Again I made lot of calls to Mr. Bobby D. and failed to get a hold on him. Now on Friday; he called me back and told me that they will not refund any money to us and claimed that they have started our application for these registrations and certifications. I asked him that we haven't submitted our application yet which they have asked us to fill so that they can start working on our case. After all this conversation on telephone; we sent Bobby D an email and our Legal Head also tried to reach him but again he never picked up our phone calls. So no required company information is with them and moreover our Entity Administrator Information is not registered with SBA/SAM.GOV. So how could they process our things further.
This is simply a case of eating money.
We request Revdex.com.org to look at this case and help in refunding our money back to us. We will be highly appreciable.
We request for Money refund. We don't want to seek their services anymore.
WE have called and emailed multiple times about the refund with no response, we are assuming it is no longer needed. The person that called into cancel was not the same person that signed up for the order so it added confusion to the process, and we are sorry about that. We have had 3 members of our team call and provide information about this order. Our intention is to issue a refund for the services but the payment was done from a checking account and it appears the funds did not clear. If they did clear please let us know so we can issue the refund. If I can be of further assistance please respond to my email or calls I have left
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)We at Ask IT Consulting, Inc, has responded them back and provided them proof and a statement from our bank that our account has already been debited ($1497.00) on December 05, 2018 and the same amount has been credited in USFCR account. SAM.GOV sucks. It is the MOST frustrating process I have ever encountered. I have called their support numerous times only to be disconnected or hung up on. I got so frustrated by the process that I was even willing to cancel the contract and lose $16,000 per year - that's how much I disliked dealing with Sam.Gov.
My partner decided that we should NOT lose this contact and gave me your number (US Federal Contractor Registration Inc) and I was assigned to work with Christie J.
She has been the most professional person working with me to get registered and I truly appreciate her efforts. She guided me through the maze letting me know what was going on and when I had to forward a Sam.Gov response to her so she could complete the process. I have spoken with Sam.Gov people and although nice, I would NOT want to try to use them to fill out our registration. ANY need to login or change ANYTHING in my registration, I will be email Christie and asking her to do it.
GREAT JOB Christie - 100% satisfied and I will talk to you in the future when Sam.Gov starts to be a pain in my you know what again. My need for your (Christie's) services started when I sent a NOTARIZED letter to them and they NEVER replied whether they received it or not. And that started the snowball rolling down the hill. I just wish it were big enough and rolling in the right direction to hit the Sam.Gov building and knock it down. Those employees on the most part are useless. Your service saved our contract and I do appreciate all that they and especially Christie has done. Again, 100% professional.
