This client claims UAG lied and did not help her. UAG...
has done exactly what the service agreement says will be done. UAG tried to review the service agreement with her at which time she became very upset
and said we are rude for wanting to review the agreement with her to make sure we are on the same page. She claims she did not she could do this herself. This is stated 2 times in bold in the service
She suggest UAG made her payments higher. This is an income based program that is based off your income. UAG has no say over the payment which is also stated in the service agreement. Nothing has been
done wrong on UAG end. The client is cancelled out and no longer a client of UAG.
UAG called this client to discuss her concerns. This c
sans-serif">lient remembers signing the contract but didn't remember the details. UAG Re explained the details. As well UAG let the client know the program placement had been done and she was supposed to start making payments. She didn't so she feel past due. UAG was able to use some forbearance time to bring her current. The client understands and will continue with UAG. At this time all UAG needs is her online access which she says she will email to [redacted].
Thank you and kind regards,

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied because I have sent her a picture of the email that was sent to [redacted] and she claims it is to small to read. when I pull it up I can read it just fine. I am not going to go through this company no more. I have asked numerious times to stop what they are doing and refund my money, it's alway's an excuse and there still trying to move forward. this is the second time I sent her the picture. please see attatched file. I have also sent [redacted] the same photo as well.Regards,[redacted]
[redacted],
I received...
your letter of our current complaint ID [redacted].
[redacted] signed up with our company on 4/3/14 with [redacted]. The client is correct the cancelation policy is 14 days with a full refund. In our contract and the compliance read to the client after they sign up we explain you must call one day before your scheduled payment to allow enough time to stop the payment from being batched. This client called on 4/7/14 to cancel but her payment was scheduled on 4/4/14 and had already been ran. We had no idea 3 days prior to her call that she wanted to cancel. GTX the trust company was contacted and the client was refunded her initial payment. I’m sure the reason for the complaint as we took care of her and followed our policy. If the client has any further questions she is more than welcome to call client services during business hours.
I thank you for your time please let me know if you have any further questions for our company at this time.
Kind Regards,

A united Advisors Group manager called the client to review the account and make sure everything is according to plan. Eve the employee did a three way call with the client and the servicer. The client was placed into the correct program and ready to move forward. Everything with the file is...
on track and as it should be. IF the client or the Revdex.com has any further questions at this time please don't hesitate to contact United Advisors Group LLC.
Kind Regards,

This client says she never had the compliance script read to her. It is singed off read with her signing a service agreement with the same information as well. She said "who reads them and you have a lot of complaints."
First of all you always read a service agreement before...
signing anything that is common sense. For the other complaints on the Revdex.com a lot of them or people like this client who did not read through the contract and throw out false accusations. This account has been closed as she just wants her service fee back when nothing was done incorrectly and she did not understand.

Client was consolidated and program placement was completed in October 2014. The payment break down was suppose to be uploaded to Secured Account Service (Trust Company SAS) in order for SAS to start making lender payments. An old employee of UAG [redacted] never did uploaded the document as she was...
suppose to. She is no longer with us as this was not the first mistake she made. Instead she had them make a one time lender payment on 10/9 and 3/17. This client was given a refund of all payments made after March 2015 $62 total when the mistake occurred. Thank you for your time please let us know if you need any further information. Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC
At first, they were friendly and helpful. Everything seemed to be great. Upon re-application after the first year, THEY screwed up the paperwork somehow and canceled my account with them. When I called to sort it out, I was told the notice I got in the mail saying the account was canceled was in error and that everything was good. A few months later, I received a note in the mail from my original lender stating my loans were in default for NON-PAYMENT!! Now, I can't get anyone from their company on the phone to sort it out and my voice messages have ALL gone un-returned. HORRIBLE business to work with and now I have a huge mess to sort out with the Dept. of Ed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1. The letter I requested that they give to me to send to Credit Karma and the three credit bureaus detailing the fact that I did make all of the payments to UAG on time has not been produced.
2. I asked for a refund of five $41 service charges deducted over the period when my account was sitting stagnant. They would only credit two.

UAG explained to the client that her consolidation was rejected due to the fact that she has a FFEL loan with ACS. UAG explained to the client that she needs to complete the disability discharge to be entered into this program. Client understood and would like to continue with our services. Thank...
you for your time.Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC
This client is continuing to work with UAG and satisfied with UAG services. She spoke with [redacted] an employee at UAG and all confusion is cleared up. If you need any further information please let UAG know.

This client has been canceled out. The easiest way to sent the email is forward the email that she originally sent then there would be no problem viewing the email. If you have the email to take a picture of you have the email to forward.

[I declined this offer because they lie and say stuff that is not true...I was on hold multiple times for an hour or more waiting for some one..I got rude with them because they over talk you where you can't say anything at all. Also I requested all the documents to be sent to me in the mail because what ever they sent me in my email you can't open up.. that's why I called and requested everything in the mail.also this guy named [redacted] contacted me after he received my complaint and still was only going to give me one refund until I said I wouldn't follow through with my complaint on the Revdex.com..so I lied and said I wouldn't complain but I am going to still complain because people need to know how they are.I'm sorry for that but all they do is scam you for money because then he offered the same service for no cost at all.. they paid the over draft fees after all finally..and they call me everyday since trying to get my business still and they don't get it I'm done with being taken advantage of just because I'm young but not dumb.. thank you Revdex.com I appreciate your awesome help with this.. ]

I have reviewed this client account and cancelled it out with no fault of UAG.
UAG is a document preparation company that processes the
consolidation application and completes the program placement on behalf this...
client. Her consolidation went through correctly as the agreement states it
should. The program placement phase can’t be completed until the client send
UAG the income verification to submit to the servicer. For some reason it took her a very long time to get us your income verification. As well she told UAG
your income was $15,000 a year when you signed your agreements and when you
sent your income verification in it shows you annual income as $39,000. This
amount is more than double the original amount and will raise your payment on
your student loans. With all of the being said UAG has done what they agreed to
do on your behalf.
I’m not understanding why she need a refund when she is in
the correct program and UAG has done nothing wrong.
Thank you for your time.

United Advisors Group LLC
This client claims no payments have every been made to her account and because of that she will be contacting an attorney. UAG explained to the client that because...
she qualified for a $0 payment through the Department of Education due to her income back last April. Even thought the client qualifies for a $0 payment that payment still counts towards repayment and discharge of the loan. Client was extremely rude, telling UAG employees shut up as well calling them a [redacted] UAG told the client that not only did we do the work but also completed a whole year. this client does not understand how the program works.
As to the client stating they are past due 97 days, this client is up for renewal as of April 2015. This program is income based and must be re applied for every 12 months through the department of Educaiton. They take the most current income and determine if the payment should stay the same, increase or decrease. UAG has been trying to renew this client with no success. If a client fails to renew each year they automatically fall into a standard program that is the largest payment you can have with the servicer.
If the client would take the time to review the contract signed it is very clear as to the process and service provided by UAG. This client has been cancelled. There is no reason for an adult to speak to another adult in this manner especially when the job was done correctly.
Below is a link that explains the program from the Department of Education website to ensure the job was done correctly.

To make such treats as this person has one to UAG without understanding the process is very un professional and should be removed.
Thank you for your time please let UAG know if you need any further information at this time.
