I am rejecting this response because:
Direct Express is a program of the U.STreasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service and therefore is outside the mission of the Revdex.com.This is untrue although they may be a program they doesnt give them the right to steal money.I have tried calling the deirect express and they will not help me and the treasury department does not control direct express!!! The treasury department can not help me because direct express is the company stealing my grandsons money.Social Security has ask times for them to return the funds they are trying to steal but they refuse

I am rejecting this response because: Direct Express and *** *** are confused, NOT ME! The only thing that is not confused is the fact that I, ME, *** *** ***...DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY!!! International fees ARE NOT confusing when they were only a couple of dollars! But, again what is confusing is how Direct Express or Rutledge can think that they returned my monies! If you CAUSED THE OVERDRAFT IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN YOU DID THE INVESTIGATION..THEN I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY!! DIRECT EXPRESS YOU CAUSED THE OVERDRAFT AND THEN DID THE REIMBURSEMENT..TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU DID YOUR JOB!!!! Let me be clear...just because ELECTRONICALLY you can show you REIMBURSED me...DOES NOT MEAN I WAS!!!! DIRECT EXPRESSED CAUSED THE OVERDRAFT.IS ANYBODY HEARING ME!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT...THEY CAUSED THE OVERDRAFT, SO THE MONIES BEING SHOWN ON THE ACCOUNT WEREN'T ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY ME!! I WAS A VICTIM TWICE..AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WITH DIRECT EXPRESS' INSISTENCE THAT I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT HAPPENED..I KNOW EXACTLY HAPPENED!!

Horrible customer service I lost my card and reordered a new one on 11/30/I had them expedite it for which at first I was fine with They told me I would receive tracking via email but didn't specify whenI called them 12/1/in the evening to figure out tracking number and it was then that I found out they had sent a card via regular mail instead and still charged meI then talked to a supervisor and she told me all fees were reversed and that I should receive my card weds or Thursday and that It was sent I found out thee
next day that the card that was first sent was canceled without my approval and they sent a new one expedited and charged meI got my new card today and realized they charged me and when I go to call them they get angry with me and told me I was wrong and when I brought up the Revdex.com they hung up on me before even letting me explainI am fed up with this company They failed to fix their mistakes and they made this easy replacement into a big hassle

In summary, I would suggest Ms*** continue to work with the merchant on any recovery efforts. I am rejecting this response because:i with my husband at the time it was lost I placed it in his wallet because I knew he had to take the bus and I don't trust people on buses So while I was with him heading to the bank that us when it was stolen right out of his back pocket It was still in my possession because I was with him we did not make these transactions so why is this company refusing to give me what was stolen from me Nothing was investigated I've been nothing but lied to by this company and all I want is the money that was stolen this company never called one store even when I gave them people to call This card was still in my possession while I was with my husband why would we purposely get it stolen to go through this hassle and get eviction and loose out belongings this doesn't even make sense why it was denied again let me make it clear to u I WAS WITH MY HUSBAND and I placed it in his wallet he never touched the card or knew the pin he can barely remember er his own card We are married why would it matter if he had it when u r married it is jointly I can see denying if I gave it to a friend or my sister but this is my husband and I was with him when it got stolen.

The Merchant supplied Direct Express with documentation that indicates that Ms*** and Google Play have a relationship.
