I had an excellent experience Innovative Funding Services LLC. My finance advisor was Emily and she was very attentive, nice and professional!! The whole process took less than 2 weeks!!! I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present. I am now saving $120.00 a month on my car loan!!! A big thank you shout out to Emily!!!!!!

I don't know how this company as an A- rating! Their website doesn't work properly, Nicki called me, found that funny, ended up hanging up on me. I called the number in their email, turns out it is a fax number (but takes messages); so Tina calls me, found it amusing that Nicki was going to close my account. Now I have a hard pull on my credit report and a bunch of clowns calling me. (I wanted to submit this with zero stars,but that is not permitted!)

I did not authorize Innovative Financial Services to pull my credit report. When I spoke to the agent, Harry Cheng, I told him I was no longer interested in applying for a loan. He still went ahead and did a hard pull on my credit without my authorization. I have no idea where he got my social security number from. Highly questionable practices. Customer care keeps sending me in loops to contact

IFS provided an incredibly easy ability on part to purchase my car when my lease ended. They were not only as professional as could have hoped but made the entire process seamless and simple.
