Arnie of Time Shares by Owner worked very hard to find d us a place that met our expectations and then walked us through the whole payment process.
HE stayed on top of things and was very gracious throughout the whole process. When issues raised with billing he attacked the problem and resolved it satisfactorily. This is the best measure of a company. How do they respond when things go wrong. Arnie measured up just fine.
