This is our third time using Thermo-Twin Windows. The first was in the 1980's for a few windows in a home in [redacted], the second was replacement of all windows in our [redacted] home in 2003, and most recently, had two holes cut in our concrete block/brick basement for two new basement windows, one small and the other larger. After so many installations, both new and replacement, I have nothing but praise for Thermo-Twin, for the quality and reliability of the product, the price, the installers' work, cleanliness, but most of all the timing-- we needed windows in a hurry, and Thermo-Twin came through despite their overloaded schedule. They will work with you to accommodate your schedule. I think women may appreciate this most of all, that the window profiles (trim) are narrower than Thermo-Twin's competitors, so this means more glass, a cleaner look, and not all of that clunky trim taking up most of the real estate. I didn't select Thermo-Twin because they are located in my old home town of [redacted], I initially selected Thermo-Twin because of the thinner profiles and subsequently selected them for the price, quality, and reliability of the windows, and also because of the great staff. Employee-owned makes a difference. Each individual truly cares. One more thing to mention… our old windows were double-pane, and I could hear the traffic on the street. After 13 years, the Thermo-Twin windows continue to have that same "quiet" as when they were first installed, still blocking out the noise.
