They absolutely have not been addressed. I brought up new concerns in my last response. This complaint will remain open until American Family addresses these concerns. I will not go to a different entity, and your suggestion that I do so is a disingenuous and lazy attempt to pass an I satisfied customer with legitimate complaints off to someone else. This is not going away, and I am not going away, until you acknowledge that I owe AmFam NOTHING.

This is not acceptable to me.

I am, however, still disappointed in their stance that their resolution to this issue is an "exception". Their standard rate for cancellation of a commercial policy is exorbitant. I have conveyed my disapproval of their cancellation rates to the representative.

This was over 3 weeks ago and I have not received a single notice from AMerican Family Insurance's adjuster on when he or she is coming to look at the damage to give an estimate of the total damage that was done to the Volvo S60. I need something done right now.
