The refund was mailed? you previously said if I got financed it will be taken off from the loan? May I ask on what date it was mailed?

After performing a Transmission service a few days prior at another shop that had gotten a hose stuck in the dipstick tube. The customer made an appointment with us for another Transmission service (the other shop was to pay the bill) and to check for contamination from the "stuck tube". A few days after we performed the requested 2nd transmission service, the customer called with an oil leak concern. We asked that she bring it in so we could take a look for her. When the customer brought the car in. We could see an engine oil leak.It was engine oil around the oil pan area (not transmission fluid).  We did a visual inspection and saw oil around the oil pan area but was coming from the upper back side of the engine. We informed the customer that the leak was engine oil and it appeared to be coming from the upper rear on the engine and running down to the oil pan area. Since we would need to remove intake manifold to inspect and diagnose the cause, we informed the customer.. The customer was unwilling to authorize anything beyond a visual inspection and took the car.

I am not trying to extort any sort of repair at all . because as said in my complaint I was never told what fluid, or why my car was leaking.. [redacted] initially told me what my car needed and why, and when I did not believe him he offered to show me the" caked up dirt " under my car... when my car was in the air he was unable to show me any such dirt or leaking gasket. that he had just 30 minutes ago said needed a $800 repair.  [redacted] then began saying he needed to remove more parts to see what was actually leaking after quoting $800 for repairs. I find it disgusting that a certified repair tech can quote 800$ for repair . offer to show the customer the issue and when the customer is under the car looking suddenly the story becomes. " we need to take off more parts to find out what is going on "  I placed an accurate review of the treatment I received at your establishment on yelp. with Bureau of Automotive repair. Secretary of Sate.  you have my address feel free to serve me with a lawsuit. I will file an answer and a countersuit and we will have our day in court. for now I am sure my review is having my intended effect of showing people what type of dealership you are. I guess we are the only reasonably priced in market?We will sell any vehicle available and advertised for sale at the price offered and make any/all information available to the consumer at the dealership prior to payment. What is so wrong with this?We sell 1,000 vehicles monthly and are extremely busy. The consumer can come to our establishment anytime while we are open and get the information she wants. We are not refusing her business. She is refusing doing to come in and buy it.

I do not trust my HE dealership at its work if the Revdex.com were to go on [redacted] or GOOGLE MAPS and search HB dodges reviews they will see tons of negativity on responses from owner [redacted]. Attached I have added the value of JUST MY WHEELS not including tires or taxs. [redacted] wants me to jump through hoops and gives me the time he wants to resolve the issue at hand. [redacted] saver has intake photos of all cars when they come in for service and in the intake photo [redacted] IN SERVICE SHOWED ME YOU DO NOT SEE DAMAGE TO MY WHEELS. That being said Mr [redacted] has make the claim tat my generation uses social media to extort him. I just want my rims and loss on value of my car paid for due to his company damaging my car twice now.

The company had my car 5 days on Friday 12/23/16 I received a voicemail that stated that the service department was test driving my car on Monday 12/26/16 when I picked up my car there were FRESH damages to my rim. The pictures above prove the FRESH damages to my rim and tire. The dealership lied to me and stated that my car was not drove except on 12/26/16 witch is a lie due to the voicemail I have included above as proof. The dealership has said it wilL LOOK IN TO PAYING FOR MY RIM ONLY TO MAKE ME GO AWAY. This was a statement made by owner [redacted] on  a phone call to him via cell phone. HOWEVER EVEN THOUGH [redacted] HAS SAID HE WILL LOOK INTO PAYONG FOR THE DAMAGE ONCE A RECIPT IS GIVEN TO HIM HE WOULD ALSO LIKE ME TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS AND GET A AFFIDIAVATE FROM THE RIM SHOP AND MORE PROOF SINCE MY WHEELS WERE PAID IN CASH. He said that may be a problem. However me paying a down payment in cash was not a problem to him or his company when I purchased my car from him.Regards,

Our Company didn't own the Dodge Franchise until December of 2011. I am not sure when the falling out with the Service Department occurred but that doesn't matter. The Lifetime Warranty is offered by Chrysler, not the Dealership. When the customer took delivery of their new vehicle, they were given...

a booklet that outlined the Warranty and the responsibilities that came with it. This issue is an issue with Chrysler Corporation, not Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially since the customer is not a customer of this dealership. The customer can contact the General Manager, [redacted], on his cell [redacted], to seek further information and assistance.
