I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Someone called and said it would be at least more weeks maybe more before anything can be done This is unacceptable I have a brand new car that I'm paying for that is not registered and unable to be driven legally I was told that I might be able to get a temp registration, but no one ever called me back I just need to consult an attorney and see what legal action I can take The dealership should at least be responsible for the loss of use of the vehicle until the registration is finalized.

We are working diligently to complete the repair to the customer's satisfaction. We expect the consumer to communicate to Revdex.com once vehicle is picked up.

We have completed the registration and mailed all official registration documents to the customer. We apologize for the poor service.

Again, the Dealership will sell the vehicle for the advertised price. Additionally, if financing is needed we will offer terms on approved credit or allow the customer to go to their own bank for financing. If there is a trade in needed we will offer what it is worth to is or allow the customer to sell it themselves to Car Max.If there is a better price somewhere else, buy there. If you can sell your vehicle for more to someone else, do so. If you can get a better interest rate than the dealership offers, again, do so. It is unreasonable to consider that the dealership will do something for your sake and not its own..Any additional questions or issue, please contact General Manager [redacted] on his cell [redacted].Tell us why here...

Your salesman lied. You just went on Yelp and tried to attack me and make it look like it was my fault.  My next call is to the State Attorney General to file a complaint. I will also file a complaint with any agency that will listen.  You should feel shame at what your salesman did. The only reasonable result from this complaint is that the dealer take responsibility, apologize for their continued actions, and repair the vehicle.

It's been over 3 1/2 months since I purchased the vehicle. I have not received any registration paperwork or license plates. I was told by [redacted] that it would be taken care within the next couple days. So I closed the previous complaint. It's been over a week and still nothing. I went to the DMV and they said your company has not filed the necessary paperwork and the registration fees have not been paid. So now I'm driving with no registration and no solution in sight.I want my car registered and the DMV fees paid, which have been paid to you 3 1/2 months ago. I want to get my registration paperwork and license plates from the DMV. If this doesn't get resolved within the next couple days, the next phone call you get regarding this will be from an attorney.Regards,

The Dealership will make a good will adjustment of $500 and repair the vehicle for $500.

The Dealership will happily cancel the sale and purchase the trade for the amount already agreed upon. Please have them contact the General Manager, [redacted], on his cell phone [redacted]. He will handle the unwind.

The Dealership does not trust [redacted] and has asked for proof of purchase and payment for the wheel in question along with a name and phone number of the company purchased from. Once received , the Dealership will validate what it received and then compensate [redacted] accordingly.

We will make arrangements to take the paperwork to the customer. The Dealership Management apologizes for the bad service. If there are any additional questions, pleas contact our General Manager, [redacted], on his cell [redacted]. He is always available.

No refund has been made on my 2010 Acura TL, I tried calling the business multiple times, they told me they're transferring me to the right departments and they transfer me to multiple 'managers' that never responds and goes straight to voice mailbox. I left voice messages, was never heard back expectedly. The business tells me they'll happily refund them for you, but not only they haven't done anything, but also they avoid it by not receiving any calls or tell customers contact the 'managers' who never answers any calls or responds to voicemails.I request the refund to be processed immediately as promised.
