they never said the ptoduct was ciming ftom *** and the sewing machine never arrived they sent me a lousy scarf and they have no customer service or nothing is just *** robbing on line to hard working americans

I ordered a sewing machine on4/18 I got a tracking number from this company after I sent them 3 emails asking for info. I finally received the package yesterday. It was two paper masks. I wanted a sewing machine not 2 paper masks for $69.99. This company is stealing people's money. Good thing my credit card company can reverse the charges.

Advertises products well below market value, accepts money then doesn't provide product or response.
The account recieving the money doesn't match the company's name.

All attempts to contact the company and customer service by phone and email are unsuccessful, and impossible to get a response.

The listed addresses, numbers and emails are all coming from different states within the US.

The strongest tie I could find with the company was ***, which is supposedly known to be fraudulent.

This is a fraudulent site. And I can only hope that my credit card can dispute the charge.

I stupidly ordered a trampoline from this website not once but twice. The first time I tried the transaction it gave no indication that it went through so I tried again with a different form of payment and still no indication that it went through. It wasn't until I checked my *** and gift card balances that I seen both went through. The payments went to two diffrent people and neither one was listed as ***. I then checked my account on the website and it says the order is processing but payment has been taken. Another thing about the order info that is alarming is that the order date is set for November and December. I'm dissapointed in myself and embarassed that I purchased from them in the first place. The phone number posted is not a working number and I've only received responses from the email: ***. A Fraud Web site operates under few names. Teenserge and Fabricel are two names I know. They have address of *** but it is a *** Company
Bought a Hydraulic Jack for $*** and after a week of wait no response. I called the phone number listed on the website, it turned out to be a Fake number, then I did my investigation and found out that this site to be a SCAM. Registered as a Private, encrypted site, Operates with few names. Owned by some one name Wu ***
He has scammed 100s of people. He is not in US. if you go to the site, he takes payments in all currency which itself should be a alert.

Tried to purchase a baby jumper from Tackess. They took the money from *** as Zhuo ***. A receipt was given but no shipping information and the phone number they had listed does not work nor does the address come up as this place on Google. I'm filing FRAUD right now.

I ordered a dog kennel 5/10/20 and received a confirmation email shortly after. My payment has went through. And I have not gotten any more emails. I paid with ***. And I have emailed the seller email and on the website. The number is not in service. And I can't get a response back.

I was scammed by this website. I ordered a sewing machine from them on 4/21, I was never charged for the item, but got two confirmation emails with a tracking code. I thought maybe I missed the charge, or I would be charged in the coming days. It was coming from China so I thought it might take a while. On 5/09 I checked the tracking code and it was set to be delivered on 5/11. So today I open my mailbox to a small black shipping bag with all of my information coming from China, I opened it and there were two masks inside of another bag. I checked the teen serge site and the package had been "delivered". I was scammed and I think my information has now been stolen. Looks like this happened to someone else not too long ago.

My daughter purchased a piano keyboard from seerplise.club and was scammed. These *** operate under various business names and websites. Teenserge is another on and ***. I would like you to track them down and through them in jail. And get my daughter's money back. Please contact me for additional details and documents.

I made and online purchase from Teenserge. By the time I realized something was fishy, my debit card had been charged. The name on my bank from who I sent payment to was different than the company name. The address was not legitimate. The email to contact them was not legitimate.

Ordered a sewing machine from them 4/19/20. Got a confirmation email. Got charged for the item. It's now 4/27/20. No working customer service number, no answer or follow up on when I can expect the item, no communication from the message I sent via email. I am going to file a dispute for the charges if I don't get some acceptable form of communication by Wednesday.

I made a purchase with my credit card for the amount of $***. So I notice another item that was the same but a newer model for the same price. I tried calling the number listed and the number no longer exist. So I tried to *** the address and store name and seen that this is a scam company.
