I made a purchase online through this website I provided in may. They sent me the tracking information. What I received was nothing close to what I ordered. I sent them a message and they told me that they would make it right and resend my item. They never sent what I ordered. They have made no attempts to contact me back. I have tried calling multiple times and get no answer or I just keep getting a busy signal. All I want is the item I ordered or my money back

Item was not what I ordered. 2 face mask instead of a serger sewing machine.
I ordered a serger sewing machine in April. They sent two emails, one the receipt and another was the tracking number. It took two months for it to get here. When I opened it up it was two face masks. So I verified the tracking number and they were the same.

Site is now down but just like the other complaints in 3/2020 I ordered an exercise bike and was sent a face mask then given fake info & site down
Just as the other complaints list they operate under multiple different company names and websites go down soon after placing order. In March / April I ordered a folding exercise bike and after waiting a month I get an alert that package was delivered in my mailbox, thinking it must be a mistake I check and was sent a face mask, now the site is down which was *** so I contacted them for my money back and get a story on how it must have been switched- working in logistics you just don't accidentally switch an exercise bike with a disposable face mask. Trying to give benefit of the doubt I agreed to supposedly have my order res hipped and here we are another month later and I'm sent a tracking number with a link to a fake ems site (cannot click on any of the other tabs and I use the real site almost daily working international shipments) so when you go to the real site the tracking number does not exist. When I confront this via email they only want to give me 60% of my money back for something that was never shipped I'm sure and that I never received and I refuse to let them get away with this. Bad Bad Bad, Run fast & run far from this site. Regardless what you order from them, in a month, you will receive a pack of face masks. Then you tell them they sent the wrong item..A month later they send you a package that "Gets Lost in Transit" mysteriously. In Another month they send you an empty package..They rely on most folks just giving up & not bothering with the refund..Which they try to negotiate with you..even tho you did nothing but place an order with them..a pathetic Chinese scam company.

I placed an order on July 1 at 2:30 pm with on https://www.platem.top/ I realized a moment after that I did not select the correct color. I went to the contact information and attempted to call to make the correction. The number was not a valid #***. I received a confirmation e-mail for my order#*** for a parsons white storage cabinet item ***, 2 of them for a total of $***. I have sent out an e-mail to the provided reply address listed in the email: *** the email had been sent from ***. after looking at the information it just seemed off. I tried calling again in the case I had misdialed. Nope still not a valid phone number.I have not received any return on my inquiries. I wanted to cancel this before it was fully processed for shipping but again there is no way to actually contact them.
I contacted my credit card company to inform them of the concerns as well. I will follow up with them in 5-7 days.

I ordered a board game called
ghettopoly. They sent me 5 masks.I emailed them to let them know about the error, they told me to check with the post office. I did and the package they delivered was the masks.they now won't respond or acknowledge that I never received the ordered product.(ghettopoly boardgame)

I ordered an item for a family member from this so called *** on June 8th. I received an email on June 15th stating that my order had shipped from ***. I ordered as it states on my invoice a *** Night Light for $***. I recieved a package today 6/30 with 6 disposable facemasks. I have since done some of my own research and have found out that fake websites have been using that address and those listed are also listing the same phone number that the so called orsele company has on their website. This site is a scam.

I ordered a bike from paragus and I got emails from them saying that it was being shipped from *** however I did not receive the package and then when I *** the shipping company, it said that the shipping company does not exist and the number on the website did not work. On May 24th I placed an order for 4 dozen golf balls. On June 23rd a small package was received from this company for 5 KN95 face masks with the same tracking number as my golf balls. I sent an email and told them I did not receive my golf balls, which were a Father's Day gift and asked for a refund. I was told they could either send me the golf balls or they could refund % of my order total. Since I had to purchase another gift and will not wait another 30 days I asked for a refund. They are telling me refunding my full purchase amount is not an option. DO NOT SHOP with this company. They didn't ship me what I ordered and now will not refund me.

Scam shopping website - they send paper masks instead of ordered product
I ordered a gaming chair off the website "muffer.club" and paid with a credit card. After 5 weeks waiting on the shipment from ***, I did not receive a chair but instead a small envelope containing 5 paper face masks. Website lists a fake *** address and a disconnected phone number.

I was scammed. They delivered masks from *** instead of the product I paid for.

The site did not give me a confirmation of my order so I pressed the button and it caused two orders to be processed. after well over a month of waiting and messaging back and forth with this company whose phone is not even in service I received a few face mask from *** no desk! June 5th, I ordered a doll for my daughter (*** Doll). Saturday, June 20th I received a small package in the mail, but I did not recognize the return address. I opened the package to find 4 KN95 masks; I was so confused because I had not ordered any masks! There was no packing slip. On the outside of the package it was stamped with "*** Post", which was even more confusing because I KNEW I had not ordered anything from ***.
June 24th I decided to see if I could find any info on the doll I had ordered. I found an email with a tracking number. To my surprise, it said my order was delivered on June 20th. Now it all made sense...I received masks instead of the doll I ordered!! There was an email address listed to send questions, so I emailed them. I checked later that evening, but no reply. So, I emailed a different email listed that supposedly was for complaints about an order. June 25th, still no reply. So I checked my spam messages. Nothing. I then go directly to the website and go to the "contact us" section and sent a 3rd email. There was a phone number listed, and surprise...the call "cannot be completed." So I decided to *** the physical address listed; the very first result says that any retail company with this address listed is a scam, that there is NO retail business at this address. I am now trying to contact my credit card company to get that money back.

I ordered $*** of *** plant fertilizer and instead received a package of cheap disposable face masks. The business, Supplord.com, has a phone number and address listed of their 'affiliate? in *** but the products actually ship from *** which I was unaware. The phone number is not operating and therefore my only way to communicate with the company is through email. I sent 2 emails and the company finally responded asking for proof of the package received from them. The package received has nothing identifying whom it was from. No invoice or packing slip yet I find it more than coincidental that both the email confirmation receipt sent from Supplord.com & the label on the package are misspelled the exact same. Both have my address listed as *** instead of ***-which is the correct address. I believe the company purposely sends items of cheaper value and then later claims the customer received their purchased items even though it was not what they ordered. This way the customer cannot claim to have never received anything because the tracking will have shown 'delivered'. Again, please look at the misspelling on both the package label and the email confirmation.This proves the package is from Supplord. There is also no way for me to have swapped out what was originally in the package as my plant fertilizer would be in a way bigger package. This is classic bait and switch. I have photos & screenshots of the package and emails sent between myself and Supplord.com. My issue is that I do not know how to add links *** and do not know how to use a computer well. I can forward (or attach) the emails if given an email address. These images are very important because they will show the exact same misspelled address on both Supplord.com's email confirmation AND the package label itself.

I ordered a Brothers Sewing Machine from the teensurge.club website for my daughter's birthday. I paid $60 on 4/19/2020. I kept asking for updates,***, a lot of packages are being delayed.

I watched the tracking for 2 months. I emailed the company three times. Once to ask for an update, and twice to cancel my order.

I got my "package" yesterday 6/24/2020 and it was a small package of black face masks.

I wish I would have seen this site before I ordered. I have a dispute filed with *** right now. Just hoping for 100% refund and other people to read this review and STAY AWAY!
