poor customer service, item never arrived, refusing refund, no contact was made after last complaint
I ordered a car seat. I got charged 3 times. I immediately contacted customer service and they responded stating it would be taken care of. 2 days later, I receive email saying they couldnt cancel my order as it was already shipped. I stated again, I wasnt canceling order, needed refund for the 2 other charges as I only ordered 1 product. received 2 more emails saying their products were high in demand and again it was shipped and they couldnt cancel. I have since then sent numerous emails about refund, cancelling AND not receiving item and no reply has been received.

I ordered a pool pump from this online company called Bodace.club however I emailed the company after reading such terrible reviews. I asked for a refund but they instead provided me with a tracking number and assured me the package was on the way.. well 4 months later I received a package with tracking # provided and I received 2 mask in place of what I ordered.. I clearly have learned my lesson and I am out of $65 and still no pool pump.

Have not received product yet. No emails regarding the product. No way to track it that I can find. Would like full refund.

When I asked for a refund I was told they would send the radio that I ordered, that was over 4 weeks ago and today they offered to send the radio again that they supposedly already sent.

I ordered 2 items advertised as refurbished items. Both listed as free delivery and address was a US address. When ordered I noticed the shipping was coming from ***. I assumed this was a US company doing business with products in ***. I requested a shipping tracking number and received one. I followed this number for more than a month. The item finally arrived. I expected this items to be in a box package, instead I received a small plastic grey envelope with 2 face masks inside. The refurbished items where a *** 14" Steel Bar 33CC Chain Saw 2 Cycle - *** (Certified Refurbished) and Portable Chainsaw Mill Planking Milling 14" to 24" Guide Bar Wood Lumber Cutting Sawmill. Together totaled $*** paid through ***.

I immediately tried to contact company and have received excuses and not further resolve. They keep sending the same email to check post office and neighbors to make sure I didn't miss the delivery. They asked for photo of what was delivered and I sent that to them it shows the tracking number to be the same.

Other (requires explanation) Refund if possible. But more important I need Revdex.com to be aware of this practice. *** took more than a week to respond. I think that is unacceptable. This could have been stopped. There are a number of complaints and someone needs to shut them down.

My wife ordered a sewing machine the middle of April from this "Teenserge" that was linked to the *** fabric website. They took the money out of our account the next day. I contacted ***, they said it wasn't from them and couldn't help. I traced the company to China. No customer service number, customer service emails have hone unanswered. Do not do business with Teenserge, and be careful when ordering sewing machines from *** and make sure you aren't actually ordering from a outside vendor

I order a *** 7ft combo rod and reel, on May 19th showed it had been delivered with and order # to track. According to this company it was delivered on May the 29th, but had a different order #. I never received the product, so I began the process of sending emails trying to find out why I did not receive the package. No response back, so I continued to send emails,asking to find the package or reimburse my money, still no response. Does not deserve one star. Bought a sewing machine and received two face masks. Opened dispute with paypal and Teenserge offered 90 percent refund, then offered to send sewing machine. *** refunded my purchase 100 percent today.

I purchased a *** glider from Knottle on 4-27-20 @ 11:53 am.They charged my card but no equipment arrived. Contact cannot be established
I purchased online from Knottle the *** glider advertised for $*** on 4-27-20 @ 11:53 am. It charged my credit card $*** (card ending in ***) within minutes. The website never gave me a tracking number. When I tried to contact them, the website said I didn't have an account with them. The phone number isn't a working number either. Numerous attempts have been made on their website contact form to no avail. It's now June, & I haven't received the glider. I haven't received a refund of $***. I have screenshots of the online purchase & screenshots of my bank information where the money was pulled from my account. Please find a way to contact them & help me get my money back. Thank you!
