I ordered a shelving rack and paid $71.93, 5 weeks later I received 5 masks (paper) with a value of less than $5. Items came from China and they refuse to return my money.

I also fell victim to Coatien.club by ordering a GPS device and received face masks after much follow up. Experienced everything below and beyond their stall tactics, they even are trying to negotiate a refund and delay *** resolution.
I have escalated this within *** executives to address and filed a complaint through the *** Inspector (since the masks were delivered by mail) as well.
Lesson learned, if the price is too good to be true, it will be.
This is a scam. Under a different name. Bricent. Same address. Same issues as prior comments. Ordered a child's pool 5/2020. Received 5 facemasks, from China. Emailed customer service, they re-shipped, then "Ems.delivery" said it was LOST, emailed again. They said they'd refund me 90% I said no. They said they re-shipped, then I started to look MORE into it. Delivery tracking website is no longer in use. business has multiple names. Ect.ect. BIG SCAM
Consumers beware! The website *** is definitely a BIG scam. I ordered an L desk from them on July 1. Tried cancelling it the next day and they said I could not cancel since the order was processed. I finally got a tracking number only to find out my item was coming from China.No where on their website does it state anything about China. Address is not theirs and phone number out of AL does not work. After a month of waiting I receive face masks in the mail. Emails back and forth to them and all they want me to do is return the face masks that I did not order and then they will send out the correct item. If I don't send them back then they will give me a 60% refund. OMG! And all the emails I have received from them never are signed with a name. Luckily I did receive my money back from my bank after I disputed the charge. I have learned my lesson to throughly research a company that I am not familiar with before buying anything from them.
Ordered *** clippers and never received. I tried to call number listed on web page and it is not a working number.
I have been in contact them and they keep telling me they are mailing the order. I have requested refund multiple times. Now they are telling me they will refund 60% when I return the item I never received. They are China not in US

Wow. I wish I had come here first. I want a 4 TB hard drive with hyper spin and a half later received masks I do try to contact the company through both the phone number and the complaint email nothing. I I am resolving this through my banks dispute process. Everyone that gets taken by this company should do this with their bank. If enough banks pull funds they will suffer. The problem is only about 1/3 of customers will fight to get their money back

this company was found on a reputable site like *** and ***. they are 3rd party sellers. I purchased a deck bench and received 5 facemarks. this delivery came from ***. a few red flags came up so I gave a chance since I used a credit card., they won't respond to emails, and when they do they don answer with proper English with proper sentencing. I realized later several other consumers had the same issue. please shut them down.

My Product I ordered or Money back,for myself. For everyone else This business needs to be held with fraudulent charges.
I ordered a basketball goal and they sent face masks. They want a % fee to cover their costs of sending the wrong items.
My complaint mirrors others against the company. I ordered a poolside basketball goal and they mailed me youth face masks. After acknowledging that they send the wrong items I asked that they cancel the order and reimburse my card.
I've posted their response at the end of the complaint.
You'll see that they're asking me to accept a % fee to cover their cost of wrong item placement and shipping. Based on the other complaints that also received random face masks I don't believe I'll ever receive this product and have disputed it on my card. Don't order from this site, it's a scam.
We feel so sorry for your unhappiness,
If refund we can only refund % of the original price to you, and we keep a little for a part of wrong item cost and shipping fee. Please understand.

I don't feel this is a legit company and won't waste time waiting for a response of full reimbursement. This is to ward consumers away from this company.
We ordered a smaller pool at the end of May from this company. Below is the confirmation email with a tracking number. It never arrived and they said it arrived and was delivered on June 18th. We have a video doorbell and no package was delivered. I tracked down the tracking # which led me to our local United States Postal Service. They said a package was delivered in our mailbox in an envelope. Obviously that can't be a pool. I called and emailed the company. Of course, no answer. They finally contacted me today and said it was delivered:

You also can check with your family or neighbour. Maybe one of them signed for you.

Product that I ordered is not what I received.
I placed an order on June 7, 2020 for a pair of *** trimmers that cost me $***. I finally received my "order" on July 2, 2020. What I received though was four face masks. I did not order that! The phone number listed for the company does not work and I do not get a response from the email address that is provided. I want to get in touch with the company and get a refund because I did not receive the product that I ordered.

I purchased an item from this company on May 4th. It is now July 6th and I still do not have the product. I started emailing the company June 4th, the assured me everything was fine and the package was delayed due to covid. I emailed again June 22nd inquiring about the tracking number, and received a response on June 23rd stating that the package had been lost in transit, and then they asked me if I wanted them to re-ship or issue a refund. I opted for a refund. I received an email from them stating they can only issue me a % refund of the original price, claiming they keep " a little" part which is % for wrong item cost and shipping fees and asked me to please understand. I also wasn't even charged a shipping fee originally, the website stated it was free.
