person. My request for service by the next morning was confirmed without a problem. the Service tech was on time,friendly,attentive,and Professional. He completed a great deal of work in record time. [ water heater replacement+3 other problems] They are not the cheapest plumbers.But High quality service and High quality work performed is not always cheap. They did what they said, when they said, for the price they said, enough said for me!
I was concerned that I had a leak to the house when my water bill indicated usage that was a spike over previous months. I had used Superior before and did not hesitate to call them again. I was very pleased to have the same master plumber - David B., who had replaced the house water line a few years before, respond to my recent call. He listened to my concerns, looked at the water bill, and then outlined what he intended to check. I walked along with him as he checked everything. He graciously explained what he was checking, reiterated why he was doing what he was doing, and explained his findings - all of which gave me peace of mind. I also appreciated that office staff that set up the service call - Amy was pleasant and also listened - I will continue to use this company in the future.

I've lived in this house for over 10 years, an older home, and have had many plumbing needs and I have always used Superior and they are just that, Superior. We had a broken faucet and fixtures in the main bathroom and Jason fixed the problem at a good price and it works great. This is just one of many experiences with Superior that resulted in a great outcome. Superior Plumbing has a good business model for attracting the best staff who are conscientious and sensitive to the customer's needs. Great team of folks!
We are extremely happy with our decision to hire Superior Plumbing to install our new hot water heater. Highlights: 1 - When we called to ask questions and eventually make an appointment, a real person answered the phone immediately and was helpful and courteous; 2 - They were able to send someone out the very next day, which was a Saturday (great both bc it was quick and bc neither of us needed to take a day off work to be there); 3 - The plumber came ahead of schedule (after calling ahead to make sure that would work for us, which it did); 4 -Seth P, who was our service provider, explained the options, process, and pricing to us and answered all our questions thoroughly; 5 - Seth installed the new tank and took out our old one quickly and left zero mess behind; 6 - Seth was extremely courteous and professional -- he was a pleasure to work with, and if/when we ever need more plumbing work in the future, not only will we call Superior Plumbing, but we will request Seth if he's available.
In a nutshell: we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
