We had a very positive experience with this company, particularly with Dave A[redacted], Master Plumber. When the hot water heater in the attic broke and water was coming thru the ceiling late one afternoon, we called Superior Plumbing. Mr. A[redacted] was here in an hour, replaced the water heater and determined that inadequate draining caused the water problem.. After spending many hours here, he left at 12:30am. He returned later that afternoon to problem solve and correct the drainage problem. Mr. A[redacted] is a true professional who is knowledgeable, competent, patient and easy to work with. Thank you!
We had an emergency on a new hot water heater that was just installed. Madison and Michael were outstanding. Madison was prompt with getting back tous and getting Michael to our home within an hour. Michael went the extra Mike to assure that our issue was resolved. This is the reason why we only use Superior
I had a sewer line issue and after calling another firm, who came out w/inadequate equipment, determined it was roots in the line and promptly left. I called Superior Plumbing and talked to Sal about the roots, length issue, available options and their equipment. That afternoon Cliff Brooks came out and we discussed the problem, he popped a couple manhole covers to narrow down where the tap may have been. He suggested water jetting, which is a bit more costly than the auger method but was right for my application. The next morning Cliff came out and located the drain line, gave me the depths etc. The jetting trailer arrived and the root problem was exactly where Cliff had suspected. An hour and fifteen minutes later the inside of my line looked brand new, no roots.
I was extremely impressed w/Superior Plumbing (Cliff's) knowledge, experience and the company having the equipment to do the job. A very professional experience at a fair price.
I have already shared this experience w/a couple of neighbors and they listened intently.
Any future plumbing needs that I can not handle myself will be directed to Superior Plumbing.
The quality of service provided by these individuals was consistent with the overall high quality of service we are accustomed to receive through Superior Plumbing. Scheduling was pain-free, everyone was punctual (which matters a lot to me) and Paul, the plumber, was an efficient and resourceful worker. Since he was confronted with a handful of unanticipated obstacles in executing the job, his ability to work out solutions proved to be particularly valuable. He didn't waste time, worked steadily, and having had some time since the work was done, we can say that we are very happy with the results.

Chris, the Superior Plumbing rep, arrived within the 10A-12N hour to access my projects. He took his time to evaluate my problems and offer suggestions for repairs...which costs more than I was prepared to pay. Nevertheless, he pointed out that my major issue was creating a problem for my hot water heater which I had no idea that this was occurring. Overall, he was professional and his explanations were so that I completely understood them. He took approximately 40 minutes for his evaluations...which I truly appreciated. Now my next issue is getting the money (Smiles).
Chris [redacted] assessed our current water heater and provided good advice regarding the replacement. The install was professionally done with everything put back in order. Very pleased with the experience.
A pleasant surprise. Paige, not a computer, answered the phone and helped me with an appointment on the same day. Kevin came out on time and did a quick check to identify. As the issue dealt with the property owner, I did not follow up for repairs, but I did feel comfortable that Superior Plumbing would be the right choice for my personal ;plumbing needs in the future.

I had a leak from "poly pipe" in my den. Michael came out and in short order knew exactly how to solve the problem. His work was first rate and was in and out in a very short time. Overall, excellent job.
Paul ** was on time, knowledgeable and did a great job. He was a huge help in preventing our issue from becoming a larger problem.

As a recent widow, I was very edgy about hiring a plumber. Besides, I wanted the best since my late father-in-law was a master plumber with his own plumbing, heating, & roofing company.
Within a few hours of contacting TrustDale.com concerning a dripping pipe in my basement, I received a call from Jay B. at Superior Plumbing. His pleasant demeanor immediately caused me to feel as though I were speaking with a friend. It was breakfast time (just before 7:00) when he asked if between 11 A.M. & 2 P.M. would be a convenient time. How wonderful - the same day! Kevin G. came during the expected time, but about half an hour prior to that I was sent an email, with his picture, stating that he was a licensed plumber with over 15 years of experience.
The problem turned out to be a cracked connector in the plastic trap for the dishwasher line. On his tablet, I was shown the price for replacing it. Then Kevin made sure there wasn't a more severe condition than age which caused the broken connector by running a camera into the sewer line.
As well as being efficient at his job, Kevin was most pleasant & courteous. Such a nice young man!

I'm a homeowner that has used Superior Plumbing several times, from replacing a water line in the yard to a commode. This morning my hot water heater died after about 10 years. I c[redacted]ed Superior Plumbing @ 8AM and was given an approximate time frame to anticipate the plumbing tech's arrival in the same afternoon. Thirty minutes before the tech arrived, Superior phoned me that he was on his way. Keith H[redacted] arrived, examined the hot water heater, informed me what was needed and the price. After agreeing to the work and price, Keith immediately went to work removing the old unit and replacing it with a new one, [redacted] according to current codes. When he was finished he took the time to show me what the new unit entailed and answered a number of questions I had. He was most professional in his work and demeanor, and quite personable. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and will continue to use their services.
Superior plumbing's representative, Bill, was on time, courteous, and completely knowledgable about the problem we had. In the middle of our extensive repair, we had a family emergency and he was able to continue with the repair. We are grateful for how well the job was done and the lack of mess that was left behind.
