Michael ** works for Superior Plumbing and is my go to plumber when I have problems He is well trained and knowledgeable He has installed my hot water heater and two low flow toilets, adjusted the amount of extreme water pressure coming into my home and added an outdoor turn off valve which kept a bathtub from flooding the house
In each instance, he astutely recognized the problem and explained the situation clearly to me I have been very pleased with his work Also, the company he works for has guarantees and warranties that are good for homeowners** **
Tom was prompt, professional and identified my problem quickly Had it all fixed and thoroughly tested in just a couple hours I would use Superior Plumbing again without hesitation and would ask for Tom if he was available Thanks!
Superior Plumbing was well above the competition from the start I spoke with other companies who cared more about selling me services than they did fixing my problem From the moment Emily answered my call I knew this company was different Emily was super friendly and helpful She listened to my problem and set up an appointment that was convenient to my schedule At no point did I feel like I was being asked to buy something I didn't need On the day of the appointment Michael arrived right on time and presented himself in a very professional manner I felt comfortable from the start on him being in my house and his level of competence to complete the job The one thing that stood out the most to me with Michael's service was that he cared more about fixing my problem than anything else He was very knowledgeable and friendly He talked me through every aspect of the repair and never talked down to me for not knowing all the plumbing lingo He answered all my questions and made me feel like I could trust his proposal to fix my problem Not only did he completely get my plumbing needs repaired but he left my house in a condition that was just as clean, if not more, than it was before he arrived When I returned to the house that evening I couldn't even tell he had been there I will never call another plumbing company in the future and I will always request Michael as my service tech

The dishwasher wouldn't drain The appliance tech told me it's a plumbing issueSo I called Superior PlumbingKevin listened well and asked questions about what the tech did and said He offered me a few possible solutions, we agreed on what to do, and then he went to work He found the problem rather quickly He had to cut the copper pipe There was a clog in that pipeGreat job
Paige (in the office) and Wes ** (in the field) made a horrendous situation MUCH better In one day, the leak was cited, located and the problem of a "root system entangled with my water pipes" was eliminated While a fix like this was pricey, indeed - it was necessary! The level of support, respect and professionalism was very much appreciated! I've used this company before - and if a need ever arises again, they WILL be hearing from me Thank you Superior Plumbing!
