I woke up to find water pouring out of my basement from a leaking water heater. After starting to get the water out of the basement, I called Superior just before 10 am and talked to Jay. He was very prompt and efficient in getting me set up for an appointment, and in just over 2 hours, I had a plumber, Erick at my door with a water heater, ready to get started. Erick was extremely courteous and professional and his work with the copper tubing was beautiful! Best solder joints I have seen! Superior might be a little expensive, but in terms of speed and quality, they can't be beat.

A "singing toilet" is not a fun thing to wake up to in the middle of the night. A call to Superior Plumbing was made for service and, even though not an emergency, the serviceman was earlier than the appointed time that was given. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I was pleased and will definitely call Superior again when needed.
