Wes was wonderful! After already having one plumber to my house to clear a clogged kitchen sink, I was beginning to get frustrated. Wes and Superior to the rescue! Wes was at my house for about an hour and cleared the clogged drain quickly and respectfully. We recently had a problem with a leak that triggered a shut down of our air conditioning unit. We suspected a drainage problem. As usual with Superior Plumbing, we were able to get next day service. The technician -- Jay -- was great. He quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. He made sure to leave things just as clean as when he arrived. He gave us some hints on how to keep our drains clear.
One of the things Superior Plumbing always does is send -- in advance -- a photo of the technician who is coming to fix the problem. This is a great procedure and one that helps promote safety.
We had called a number of plumbers looking for help. One set a date to come to our house and then didn't show. When we called back he said he forgot. Others didn't respond to messages. I called Superior Plumbing and was thrilled to have my called answered by a human. She schedule a plumber to arrive within a few days. The work was completed in a professional manner! How nice!

I had an intermittent plumbing issue that a couple of other companies could not definitively tell me what the problem was. It happened again recently - worse than ever - and Cliff B[redacted] diagnosed and fixed it completely! He was great - on time, efficient, explained the steps he was taking, and cleaned up everything! Afterwards, he even looked at, and replaced, a washer in an unrelated sink issue for me at no extra charge. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and I will never use another company for any plumbing needs.

I had a water pipe burst outside my home on a Saturday morning and called a plumber I had used before. They came out to diagnose problem but couldn't do the work until the following Wednesday. That left me 5 days without water. I called Superior Plumbing first thing Monday morning. I explained my situation and they had a plumber at my house at noon and I had water by 2 p.m. They installed a temporary pipe one day so we would have water and then completed the install the next day. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend Superior Plumbing 100%.
Cliff * got the Job done for us. He knew what our problem was almost immediately. We had another plumbing business come the day before with a different resolve then Cliff had for us. based on his experience level, Cliff could see that the water rising in the sink was also caused by the Water filtration system which we had to bail for 24 hours before. Once Cliff turned the water filtration system off & used the snake to clear the line, our problem was solved. Cliff informed of the cost up front , which we approved & proceeded to fix our problem. Cliff cleaned up everything afterward & left the premises. If you looking for professionalism, courtesy & knowledge, Cliff * is the Professional Plumber to call.
