Charged an extra $for smoking in the roomWe are non smokersCalled to dispute extra charge and was told they could tell by the smell in the room someone had smoked, once again we are non smokersThis is an obvious fraud knowing we were not local, just passing through, we were taken advantage of

We did took action such as change the sheets and there was no stain and call pest control to check the room they didn't find anything but we had to pay to check the room some how no matter what we do we can not make customer happy

We stayed the evening of sept we had no issues whatsoever the staff was wonderful we had *** at our service the pool was clean the room was clean and we had no complaints until the next day when I became itchy I didn't think anything of it until bumps started forming all over my body I asked my daughter to check my back and she counted bumpsI have them on my face arms belly and back I believe it is bedbugs Saturday is when I came to that conclusion and there are no dr offices available I have to wait until Monday to get checked out but I've had them before from a hotel and know what they look like I contacted the hotel and spoke with *** to ensure no other people would stay in that room until they got their room checked out and sprayed he said there was someone already in there I politely suggested that he may want to kindly tell them what is suspected and move them to another room It didn't sound like he was too happy to do that,

I had booked and pre-paid reservations at the Super Havre De Grace for March through 3, Due to extreme weather conditions on the 2nd of March which affected the eastern seaboard, the Pulaski Highway and associated roads and bridges were closed to any and all trafficI tried multiple times throughout my travel period to contact the hotel once I was aware of the impassibility of any routes to the hotelAt all times I was unsuccessful in my attempts to reach the hotel and their staffLater in the evening I enlisted the assistance of family that was not traveling with me to also try and make contact with the hotel; again, all attempts were unsuccessfulAfter a night of sleeping in my vehicle I awoke the morning of March 3rd and continued on along the now open highway to the hotelOpen speaking with the hotel clerk I was informed that my room was given away not only for the previous night, but also for the remainder of my previously booked datesI was also told that the powe
check in on 7/15/at the hotel on the 16th we checked out and payed cash witch I have the receipt for paying in cash but when I got home on the 17th and looked at my checking account they had also debited my checking account I called them and the lady said I didnt know what I was talking about they had not record of debiting my account so I called the bank they said yes that charge had ben payed to the (super in west plains Mo) so I called them back she said I was wrong and that it was a pending charge the bank unless they pay you back the money is gone I other words its not pending sent them a copy from the bank stating that would like them to remburse me the (75.33) that was wrongfully debited from my accountNot sure what to do they also wouldn't honor there AARP discount like is on there web site Thank you for your time

Miss *** my name is *** and I spoke to you couple off days ago about ID#*** for guest name *** *** and upon check at 3am in the morning of July the guest had a problem with the room and if there was a blood stain or any think like that on the bed than why did guest wait until
the following afternoon to complain to the lady that was working the front office and on the 17th off July guest had a DND sign on the door( do not disturb), so no one knock on guest door and also this room was prepaid so why guest did not call the third party that they book the room from and complain too them, why wait until you check out on the 19th of July and then guest call the third party company and complain, we did offer guest 20% discountbut she wants a full refund and I cant offer a guest full refund but I have talk to my boss and they said they are willing to offer 50% discount Thank you *** ***(hotel) ***(fax)

WE do Have cancellation policy hrs prior to check in guest made reservation third party(travel agent) so guest call us same day after check in time to cancel
reservation we did night cancell but he has to pay for st night due to policy so charge was valid
