[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I always pay my bills I plan on paying that one also However, I have had not correspondence from the company since I signed up with them except letter I also talked to them on the phone trying to cancel service after I realized their rates were so high, and that was three months ago According to *** the canellation is still in the works and in the mean time, my bill continues to increase I feel like I am being overcharged and we are on a fixed income, so it is really throwing off our budget I didnt get any response from them regarding the fact that I was not happy with their rates, and the fact remains they never delivered on what they promised So to blame me because the bill is not paid yet is pretty low It seems like they just want to stick people with their company promising lower rates, and then make it hard to get out of it It is funny that they got all my info when they came to my door, and were really friendly then But since then I got one letter from them, which dosent explain how I am supposed to pay, and never one Email or phone call

days to return his account to them (when his meter is read by the utility). On 3/28/Mr*** contacted Vista Energy again and spoke to a supervisor who explained to him a cancellation was submitted when he requested it on 1/30/it takes the utility up to to days to read the meter and switch him back to the utility Please let me know if you need more information or if you need anything further from me. We are in contact with the customer

You may very well be a legitimate business, and operating within the laws of deregulationBut, this is a form of deceitful customer harvesting that was purposefully misrepresentedYes, I would have been paying less per therm but, was not explained, is that when you added in the per day fee and amount per therm used from Vista, PLUS all the fees to *** to delivery it, it would have cost more than the highest amount I've ever paid for gas from *** while having a variable rate.

I have already spoke to them once and we could not resolve this problem......I told them I never approved this service at *** *** *** ** *** ** it is a rental property of mine there is a elderly couple there that can NOT! make decisions on my billing so what they did was illegal!
