I been with Stash since April 2019. I have had multiple problems. and I was curious if anyone else was having hell with them. well I read the peoples reviews and I'm sold time to get rid of stash.

"Everything has always worked as expected. Good platform to watch your investments grow. Not for folks looking to daytrade or trade at a specific price. Good platform for buy and hold. Never any problems."
I use a separate app for day trading.
I have never had a problem using Stash or getting my money from them when I wanted it. The only "problem" I have had in the four years I've been using them is that I had two custodial accounts set up. When I wanted to open a 3rd, I couldn't. I reached out to support and received a response within a day or two that explained they were restructuring their fees and that they were not opening more custodial accounts until that was complete. A few months later, I was able to open the 3rd account, and have not had any other issues.

I have tried to get Stash Invest to stop withdrawing any unauthorized funds from my bank account. They sent me an email with a ticket number which *** That was on August , 2019 and a representative email saying that the Stash invent account was closed. Today I looked at bank account and I saw that Stash Invest is still taking unauthorized funds from my bank account for the same amount which is $115.00. The ticket number today is *** I need for Stash Invest to stop taking anymore unauthorized funds from my bank account immediately. I need for Stash invest to deposit the $115.00 back into my bank account.

I have tried to get Stash Invest to stop withdrawing any unauthorized funds from my bank account. I have formally per the requirement set forth by stash requested 1 of my investment accounts to release my funds directly to me. This request was approved per the guidelines for individuals who request pay out on any investment account with them. This request was made over 58 days ago with a 7 -14 business day processing timeline. I've called in now almost every 2 or 3 days requesting to know where my check or deposit is. They refuse to allow me to speak with a manager or they transfer me because know one can answer my question of wheres my funds at. I requested a tracking number on my check they continue to tell me that's in the mail and allow 2-6 days of standard delivery. This has continued to progress to the point I'm needing this issue immediately resolved and im going to continue to report there actions and move forward reporting this to the e commerce committee secretary of state and moving forward with all the local channel news broadcasts g stations and social media for help to find out why they are not in fact issuing me my return on my investments, and cant find a reason why I have not yet received anything in the mail for 58days and per there processing and handling are not adding up to match there given times to me as a consumer and customer. They are refusing to issue me paper statements. The online portfolio is showing no funds or transactions or any history now that I've requested my money to be returned. This a fraudulent behavior at this point.

I opened a debit account with Stash. They pulled the money from my account on August ***. They then proceeded to lock my account. I have called 3 times trying to find out why my account is locked. During that time, they sent me a debit card. I cannot activate my card. They informed me on the initial call, they needed more information. I provided everything they ask for. Still the account is locked. I ask them to just return the money to my checking account and they said they don't do that. I have held on the phone for a total of 4.75 hours in the last week. I hope there is a solution to this.

They claim that I needed to attach the different bank account because my no longer worked even though it obviously did at one point so it would have been at least to return my funds. And now they still have an old bank account that is closed on there preventing me from adding the bank account. They are giving me the runaround and I'm getting evicted and they do not care to help me close my own account.
