I called in on 11//19 and a rude rep hung up on me and refuses to get a supervisor. I request for the phone call to be pull up and have the rep rectify why she hung up when I not disrespect or said any foul language. The second time I call she answered and refused to give me an answer on why she hung up on me. I called because a fraud account was open under my name and I was advice they will close it and and funds will be return to my account. The account had not been closed and they are still taking money from my account without my permission. I’m a victim of identity fraud and there are multiple notes on my credit file to call and confirm any accounts that have been applied for, open, or any kind of line of credit. This company failed to notify me at all times.

My Stash account has been locked for at least 4 months. I uploaded the requested documents to unlock it over a month ago. I have sent emails through their apps requesting assistance. I would just like to get my money and close my account.

On October *** I reported my debit card as stolen. After this stash froze my account they advised me this issue would be resolved in 3 days. On November *** I called back they are telling me they are still working on the account. That I should talk to my employer about getting the money that is still frozen on the account. When I explained that now it is becoming a issue and I have another check coming they advised me this was my issue not theirs. However to give it more time to unfreeze. I am upset because all I was doing is locking my card from thief. Now they are treating me like I am the thief. Please get my account unlock.

Today, October *** I was interested in re-joining Stash Investment's related to Apex. Due to this, still have access to my prior account, I signed in and it advises that my account is closed but "you can re-join Stash." I went through the process of rejoining through the computer process and an error occured, "unable to re-activate."

October *** at 9:00 AM, I contacted Stash due to unable to re-activate my account, and Stash Investments told me that due to myself leaving Stash and closing my account, I can't rejoin.

If that is their policy, they are falsely advertising their website for my ability to rejoin if my account is inactive and it is unfair to the consumer.

Today, October *** I was interested in re-joining Stash Investment's related to Apex. Due to this, still have access to my prior account, I signed in and it advises that my account is closed but "you can re-join Stash." someone other than myself made a transaction on my account in the amount of $302.02 at ***. I filed a dispute with Stash and they said the dispute was not granted because I needed to provide proper documentation that I did not make the purchase but Stash could not give me an example of what kind of documentation I need to provide. so they will not give me my money back.

About a year ago I set an amount of money to be deposited in my stash account. Stash waited 3 days after I authorized the deposit to debit my account. When they debited there was insufficient funds, so they locked my account. After sending them the paperwork they requested they still have not unlocked my account and are holding my money hostage. They do not return emails, and they simply ignore my multiple attempts to get the account unlocked. By not unlocking my account they have effectively stolen my money. The documents they have requested (bank statements) have been sent on multiple occasions.

They run promotions sucks as a 5.00 bonus on your Stash card if you spend 50.00 in so many days. If your payments clear after the cutoff day, which many do, you don't get your bonus. I wrote to them expecting a positive customer experience, they basically to my where to put it. I have now closed my account.

I opened an account with Stash Investments LLC along with a debit account. I funded the debit account from my other bank. I was super excited at the prospect of getting stocks back for using my debit card on everyday purchases. However, my experience has been terrible. Within 24 hours of opening my account and funding it, thankfully with only $100, my debit account has been locked and I can no longer withdraw or deposit funds, activate the debit card they still sent me after locking down my debit account or get an explanation as to why they deemed my account fraudulent. Every single time I call them they verify my identity with my name, phone number and last 4 of social but cant unlock my account. At this point, I am willing to take them to court if it isn't resolved. Not over $100, but for the principle of the matter. I have read this EXACT story on your website and online. They have done this to multiple people and shouldn't be able to get away with it.

I've been trying to close my account for about a month now. I originally just wanted to update my information but they won't let me and now they're refusing to give me almost $600 that I paid in back. It is available in my account.

I have an invest and a retirement in a debit account with stash and they locked the account over 5 months ago I have almost $17,000 in there. They will not let me get and I've called numerous times since May trying to get this resolved with no luck and not able to get my money and no one can tell me why they just keep telling me that my account is locked
