I am rejecting this response because: 1. They are not abiding by what was given in writing. 2. They are violating the Privacy Act of canada by refusing to provide all notes and documentation in regards to my account including notes made by employees.

the complaint. Milk Frother was shipped back in January after it stopped working within 2 weeks. Replacement Frother not received although a phone call on Starbucks on 01/19/17 stated a replacement one would be shipped by 01/27/17.
