I am rejecting this response because:Starbucks is scamming their customers with these illegal practiceswho keeps receipts for gift card purchase dating more than years back? who keeps receipts when gift cards are gifted by friends? starbucks should be capable to retrieving the details of the gift cards since I had the cards registered onto my accountif their technical department can't seem to verify the gift cards then what is the reason for voiding all of my gift card amount. if they are refusing to place back the funds on my account, I will be forced to enlighten the public on their illegal gift card practicesi will go to the new outlets, every social media sites and their store fronts protesting their illegal tacticsstarbucks have been illegally voiding their customer's gift cards for several years nowi am sure they need another lawsuit filed against them for stealing their customer's gift card funds in I don't think they want to be the united airlines of the coffee industry.

We will be unable to provide video to the customer directly. The customer can contact an appropriate law enforcement agency and recommend that they have the investigating officer contact us and that we will cooperate fully with their investigation; a subpoena may be required to complete
