Customer has been responded to and have been informed of the contact phone number to the recovery team, in which case...

they may be able to resolve any unauthorized charge claims that the customer may have. Staples in unable to get involved in that particular process. Thank you!

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience the customer experienced. Unfortunately Staples would not be able to honor the Black Friday pricing as the item was while supplies last.

Staples apologizes for the issues the customer experienced with his tech services at store #[redacted] - [redacted]. Upon further research and investigation it appears the store was willing to provide the customer with a refund. A check is being issued to the customer for the requested amount of 259.98....

He should receive this in the next 10-14 business days. Again, Staples apologizes for the issues the customer encountered.

I have resolved all issues with staples and I am very satisfied with the store managers response to this problem he was very helpful and went above what I expected . We understand the level of frustration the customer has experienced. Be that as it may, we provided the Staples Coupons as a gesture of goodwill. We are unable to provide additional compensation nor do we compensate for lost time, wages, or resources. The order is being shipped next day after completion. The order cannot be rushed further. As it stands, Staples position on this remains the same.

that associates have made exception to this policy for this customer in the past, and thus setup the customer with incorrect expectations. It is never our intent to disrupt or disturb the business of our customers.  As per our Print and Marketing website, "Price Match guarantee on Copy and Print Services for exact job specifications which includes number of pages or sets, paper (type, weight, brightness and size) and any additional finishing services Staples will match a competitor advertised or shelf price." Therefore, because [redacted].com is producing the order on 28 pound paper and our order is being produced on 14 pound paper, this price match is not valid.

Please add your rejection comments below. first of all, the response is a complete misrepresentation of the facts. The item was NOT advertised as refurbished, and despite multiple efforts to convince me that I was incorrect, I was able to show, beyond a doubt, that it was staples who was in the wrong. Staples is continuing to misrepresent the facts and I have proven it to them. A $35 gift card to staples is not a resolution, as I still paid for an item that I DID NOT ORDER, and they have continually refused to deliver the right product. I would not want a gift card to a store that advertises, and fails to deliver their end of a sale- also not even remotely satisfied with the amount of effort put in by the store to try and disprove my legitimate allegations. I will attac the pictures of the listing from which I purchased the item, with.no notice of refurbished condition. Will attach my recidpt which does not mention refurbished condition either. And I will attach the bottom of my confirmation email, even going so far as to suggest a related purchase of the SAME product, but clearly labeled REFURBISHED.

[This just goes to show you the LACK of integrity on Staples, Inc.'s  behalf.  A CONFIRMATION email DOES NOT CONFIRM ANYTHING even though an anticipated arrival date for shipment was mentioned.]
