they said they are having warehouse issues and that is why my package is late. it was first class mail, 3-5 days, and now it has been over a month. I spoke with their representative and they refuse to take responsibility. I still havent gotten the package.

I ordered compressions socks from this company in June. They charged my account the same day and I have yet to receive what I ordered. I have tried to contact the company on three separate occasions and have not heard back. They have supplied me with a fake tracking number and I feel this company is scamming people out of money.

I ordered two items on June 21st 2018. I received a fake tracking number which I did not realize was fake until I looked into the company. At that point I sent them an email stating my concerns and what I had learned about their company. Less than 24 hours later I received an email with a new tracking number. At this point it is July. I received the products on July 5. The items are cheaply made out of some type of inferior material and it's already unraveling. I sent them another email expressing my overall dissatisfaction with the company. I am not sure if this is some type of bait and switch operation. Overall, this company is unethical and lacks integrity.

I placed my order for a waist trainer on June 8, 2018. I still haven’t received it & my package NEVER left Arizona! I’ve emailed 4 Times & contacted them brought *** Just as everyone else has said, they try to provide a stupid code & say they’ll get in touch with *** yet there is no action taken after that! I am pissed at this point because I am CEO of a business that also delivers & I would never allow my customers to go through something like this! StabilityPro; you need to get your act right before you are put out of business!!!

I Placed A Order Last Week And Have Not Yet Received My Product. All They Did Was Create A Label With A Fake Tracking Number. I Have Message Seller Many One Times With No Respone.

I have had the same experience as everyone else...ordered and so delivery.

I ordered a product from them I never received it and I keep asking them for a refund for it and they have the message option but it does no good and is not helping take care of this I'm a disabled man who can't afford to just let it go

I work for SPRI.com and have for several years now. Staring in May of 2018 StabilityPRO.com has been giving out our information on their order confirmation emails. I've had many customers tell us that they received our information from StabilityPRO.com. I've also read a lot of reviews where people never received their order after 3-6 weeks and filed the order as fraud. Revdex.com has them as a 1-star rating. They refuse to answer my emails, refuse to provide a phone number. I've been emailing them since May 9th trying to get the issue resolved.

I order two items from this company on May 23, 2018. I order a sweat belt and a cervical neck brace. The order was supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery. I still haven't received the items I purchased and today is June 15, 2018. I've tried to contact this company many times through their email and facebook but no one will contact me to resolve this issue. I have asked for a refund and they will not respond. They don't have a phone number so you can't physically talk to anyone. This company is very unprofessional.

I have also spent a great amount of time with USPS trying to locate this package and they have not been helpful either.

Your tracking number is *** and it was shipped by USPS. We will inquire with the post office to see what the hold up is. If we cannot resolve it with them by tomorrow we will send you another order with expedited 2 day shipping tomorrow afternoon. Sorry for the delay. If you receive both packages, you can keep both on us.

I have ordered a Magnetic Posture Corrector Back Brace (XL) from Stability Pro in Arizona (through their online website) on June 6th, 2018. I have reviewed the information provided on their website for the item, the size chart (which only provided a waist measurement - adjustable straps - I have a similar item from ACE, and it is also similar adjustable waist band with velcro and elastic straps). I have received a shipment confirmation on June 7th, and received the item on June 11th, with USPS. Although the website specifically informed the item for adult size XL, the actual item delivered seemed like it was targeted for youth market, with an actual length of around 14", not suitable for any average size person body (I am 6'1" and the brace was shown/claimed to cover full body/torso length in pictures - there was a reason they did not put length in size charts on their website).
I have immediately informed the company via email regarding the misdirecting and false advertising for the brace on their website, and actually provided pictures of the actual item I received, with measurement tape next to it to show the "miniature" design the product had. Upon detailed review of their website, I also found out the brace shown had different design than what I received, and the picture on their website included durable design with metal buckles, whereas the actual product was a flimsy plastic/polyester item that is barely fit for a youth size. I have informed the company that I demand my money back, and shipped the product back on June 13th via USPS(out of pocket). I was initially informed they do not provide money back, and a follow up email also provided a suspicious comment stating "the person talked to the manager and offered a special 45% discount" for future purchases. I have informed the company I have no interest, and contacted my bank to dispute the charges immediately.

Trying to interact with this company has been one of the worst customer service experiences to date for me-they do not resond. I purchased equipment, never received it and also received a bogus tracking number.

I too have not received my shipment, the USPS tracker stated that it was sent to USPS and was pending acceptance. That was a month ago and after weeks of emailing and IM with nothing other than an automated generic response, I have now gone to my credit card company to credit this charge back. Also should be a red flag when the company has no phone contact. Wish I would have seen the other negative review first to avoid making the same mistake. I would give a no star if that was an option.

I also messaged via Messanger multiple times from 5/30/18 through 6/3/18. All responses appeared automated except the first one on 5/30/18 stating they would check with USPS, but they never got back to me. I had to order the item off of Amazon instead.

After I placed my order I received notifications that my order was on the way. I also received emails asking to submit a review. Each review I submitted I noted that I had not received my order. I also messaged them on *** Messenger asking them to cancel the order and send me my money back. They do not have a phone number. It is June 5, 2018 and I have NOT received my products.

I ordered a posture corrector through Stability Pro and used their sizing chart (which asks for belly size) and I would be a medium according to that. When the product arrived, I could barely get it around my shoulders and submitted a contact to the company asking for a refund. They stated all sales are final, but offered a 45% discount for an exchange. The neoprene barely tore as I put it on my shoulders “deeming it non refundable.” The product apparently has “magnetic” technology but the magnets are cheaply attached. Nothing about this product is worth the money and now will have to throw it away since there are no returns on such a product. A company that stands by their product would offer money back guarantees to unsatisfied customers.

Never received item ordered on 5/19/2018. Received email on 5/21/2018 that the shipping label was created and pending shipment. It has not changed from pending shipment since then. I have emailed three times and reached out through Facebook Messenger since there is no phone number. I have only received the following message, once on Facebook and twice via email, “Hello,

I am very sorry for the delay in receiving your order. I am going to check with USPS to see what is causing the issue.

For the inconvenience, I am offering you a 45% discount code that can be used to purchase anything on the site. The code is EXCHANGE45.

They have ignored my Facebook messages since messaging yesterday that if there was not a resolution to the shipping, I wanted a full refund. I sent a complaint through PayPal as well to try and get my money back.

I ordered 2 waist trainers from Stability Pro, that night they sent me a tracking number and it said I will have my shipment within 2-3 business days. I have not received the items ordered yet and no one from the company is returning any of my emails about wanting a refund. I have reported them to my card company and now and reporting them here so that others can be aware that they steal your money.

They do not ship the products after purchase. I ordered one of their products and paid for the 3-5 day shipping on 5/14. I understand that the product shipment is sometimes delayed. I received a tracking number a day after the order on 5/15. I contacted them to check on my order as the tracking number was not moving. I was told they would look into it. About a week with no activity of the tracking number, I contacted them yet again. They apologized for the delay and offered a discount for future orders. I replied that I wasn't interested in purchasing anything else without reciving the first product I had ordered. A few days later I still did not have the product, there was still no activity with the tracking number. I contacted them through their Facebook page and instead of giving me any answer about my product they blocked me from commenting or messaging them! I then sent them an email wishing to cancel my order and have not received any response from them. This company is fraudulent and needs to be prosecuted for scamming hard working people.

I ordered my product from Stabilitypro.com on 5/13/2018. I received an email on 5/14/18 with a USPS tracking number. Today is 5/30/18 and according to the USPS tracking number the package has not left the shippers' facility. I have contacted Stability Pro multiple times through email and the facebook messenger that they reference as a contact method on their site. I have not received any response from them other than an apology and a 45% off code on my next purchase. No response at all on what is the problem with the product I ordered 2 weeks ago. I have requested either a refund or for them to send me what I paid for. Neither have been taken care of. I believe this company is operating fraudulently and is taking customer's money and not delivering any products.
