This place is a scam... they will not return you email or your phone calls. I’ve been trying to reach them since last week did an exchange. They tell you to IM them but nobody respond. Why are they still allowed to be in business. They Revdex.com need to close down this website.

First, the order was placed accidentally on April 2, 2019. I accidentally ordered two of the same product but in different sizes for a total charge of $56 roughly. We attempted to call, left voicemails on the phone number supplied on the site, we sent messages because the voicemail said sending direct messages was the fastest way to get in touch with them, AND we even sent them emails. I called a total of 10 times and my wife called about the same amount. We left over 10 voicemails for the company to please call us back/ cancel the order which they did not do either of those. I sent them at least three or four emails to the email address provided in the confirmation email for my order as well as on the site; my wife also sent about the same amount of emails and she even direct messaged them a few times on their Facebook page. We have yet to hear from anyone at this company, we have not been refunded any money as the order has not been cancelled to my knowledge, and we have not received any products even though we selected 3-5 day shipping and paid extra for that.

Customer service and delivery issues: I haven’t received my order even though they sent me a delivery confirmation, and I have contacted them at least 5 times since placing my order for a return/refund. They say you must contact them via email to initiate a return, or if the delivery hasn’t been received when you get the delivery confirmation, which I did. I haven’t received any response and their return policy only allows returns in the first 30 days. I feel scammed. I have received nothing and even if it does magically appear, they will not let me return the items and grant me a full refund because they won’t at all respond.

I’ve tried multiple time to get in touch with Stability Pro. Several emails, and several calls. I at first wanted an exchange, but since the customer service is so horrible and the whole site seems to be a lie, I would like a refund. I see that I’m not the only person with this problem based on reviews. Stability pro should be shut down for being so deceiving. The material of the product is nothing like what the website describes. It’s cheaply made. I’m completely disappointed with everything about the website.

I purchased the Suana body suit for my lady, but by the time I received it she had gone out and got one herself. I contacted Stbility Pro stating that I would like to return suit ( it is unopen nd never been used) and have my the money put on back on my card. I got message from the showing me their no refund policy and that I could return for store credit or another product of same value. Sinnce that time I have sent them a number of emails, voice messages and live chat messeages, stating that I would like to do an exchange. I have not heard from them since. The phine number goes straight to a voice mail telling you to send email or live chat, which I have done. The order # ***, cost $36.98. I dont have $37 to waste. I have the packaage here on my desk in its orginal acking. I got on March 28th and I contaced them the same day. At this piont I would like to have my money back if not I will make the exchange.

I placed an order and receive email about the tracking etc. It was then I realized they had my address backwards ( the numbers) so of course the package was undeliverable. The package was sent back to the original location. I have made several attempts to get ahold of someone to have the package resent to the right address. I have not yet gotten a response. They got my money and I do not have my product!

I ordered a knee brace on-line from the aforementioned company. Upon receiving the item, it was the wrong size and color. The enclosed information with the purchase stated to exchange the item, it has to be within 30 days and the consumer must submit an email to *** I have sent three emails laying out the issues and have not received a response. Their 30 day clock is running and based upon my experience, I don't anticipate any reply from them leaving me stuck with an unusable item.

Horrible products and horrible customer service. I placed an order on 3/22 and was informed my item was shipped on 3/22. However, they did not ship it out until I contacted them about the status of my tracking history. Even then, I was speaking with someone via IM and when I informed them the person disappeared and never came back to the conversation. Furthermore, I have emailed, called, texted and sent multiple IM's, still no response. My item arrived today with holes and loose threads. Poor quality! Save yourself the money, hassle and time.

My experience has been like many others. Braces are made of soft material that gives no support, impossible to make contact by phone or Email. There was no return info. I sent it back to the address on the shipping label. Still have not been given credit to my Visa account.
This is some sort of scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

Horrible quality on the waist trainer, &the sweat suit is too small. I paid for 2day shipping and didn't recieve my order until a week after, when it finally got here, the waist trainer fit but, as soon as I started doing my housework the "wires " (really just a piece of plastic) came out! I sent them an email to their "customer service" department on march 21st and no one has gotten back to me yet they sent me an email wanting me to review their items AFTER I had already emailed them wanting a refund, I reviewed the items on their website and ONCE AGAIN said I needed a REFUND and no one has gotten back to me. This is really starting to frustrate me I need my money back ASAP!!!!!!!

My husband and I each purchased magnetic posture braces back in December 2018. My husbands XXL-which is actually too tight for this size-broke a few weeks ago. I have been calling the customer service # every other day for over two weeks now: ***—There is never a human that answers-the recording either says they are closed or just to leave a message-I have left several messages with the requested info and no return call.
I have also sent several emails to their email listed and no response either. I have tried the love chat and no one responds to that either. They claim to have a warranty but no one EVER responds to honor anything. This is so wrong! Seems like I’m not the only one this has happened to. And their sizes are all wrong. My husband wears a size Large shirt and is average sized and he can barely get the XXL brace over his arms. This company seems like they scam people from their money because he first bought size large and now the XXL is still too tight around the arms. I would like to be reimbursed for the XXL back brace.

A scam, I need to return merchandise and no one is answering my phone calls nor are they returning my phone calls please do not buy from this business it is fraudulent!

I purchased a waist trainer online from them last month I have not received my item that I purchased but they got the money for it I've contacted them several times I've emailed them several times I've left messages on the phone that they have it goes directly to voicemail I leave messages on that have left over 10 messages and I've emailed them over 10 times in regards to my item not being received I never got the item to my house I never received the item but they have my money so at this point I would like a refund from the company because I never received my item. Its been over a month.

Like so many other complaints here I ordered a sciatic leg brace and it actually causes me more pain that it helps and it's very uncomfortable and pinches I wanted to return it and again like so many other complaints here they will never get back to you with you email them leave a message on the phone because you'll never get a live person they will never let you returnan item I am calling the bank tomorrow and disputing a charge I try to dispute it was PayPal but because it's not a damaged product PayPal cannot help and that really really is ridiculous I am just disputing the chargewish by bank if you use the debit or credit card dispute the charge if you can't get them to let you return the product is this company is disgusting

This company is a scam, -100 stars. Knee brace I received doesn’t work, it rolls down and does’t stay in place. After NUMEROUS tries to contact company by email, calling 888 number and trying to use live chat (which isn’t live at all) they finally responded. They say they will not refund me my money, that all sales are final. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are substandard and you cannot return merchandise or get your money back even though it states on home webpage “FREE AND EASY RETURNS.” Lies, lies, lies! With so many complaints about Stabiliy Pro to Revdex.com, why are they still in business?

This company offers NO customer service despite their advertisement of “free and easy returns.” Their products are inferior and not as advertised. I wish I had read the reviews and complaints before I ordered. These people can shatter one’s comfort in ordering online after such a ripoff.

I purchased a medium-size supportive back brace that was tiny. I sent it back and want a replacement in size XL. They have never replied to my emails or sent me a replacement. I have proof that they received my return.

On feb-5-2019 I ordered the extreme waist trainer 3hook I accidentally clicked xxl when I noticed the next morning I STARTED calling & leaving messages to please send SMALL called all day I received my waist trainer Feb-13-19 it was xxl I STARTED calling again every day and leaving messages no return calls all I want is my correct size please small an exchange please they don't want you to send it back till you talk with team member but they don't answer you back my order # *** can you please my 30 days is up soon thank you

I normally read reviews 1st but by me being so excited about this health journey, I simply ordered it to get on the ball. What a mistake! This company is a rip-off! The items are sized totally wrong, they will not answer emails nor do they have a phone number to call them. Some of us out here value every dollar we spend and don't have it to waste and throw away
