I have been waiting for over two weeks for an order that I paid premium shipping. The company contact number and email listed on the website have not replied to my inquires as of today and I am serious about looking into a full refund from the company. Do not, under any circumstances, order from this site. If it looks like a scam and walks like a scam.....it's probably a scam.
On November 24, 2018, I ordered 2 Knee Brace Support Compression Sleeve Meniscus Stabilizers (size L) from Stability Pro and paid $49.98 on my charge card. I received them on December 3, 2018. They were too big so I returned them to Stability Pro (per their instructions that I would incur return mail postage of $7.15, along with an even exchange - they offer no refund). I mailed the Large knee pads back to Stability Pro on December 17 , with the pertinent information inside, Order #*** and asked for a size Medium to be sent to me. The Post Office tracking service confirmed that
Stability Pro received the package on December 22, 2018. I have not received the Medium knee braces as of today's date, January 28, 2019. After contacting them repeatedly through phone calls, e-mail and written correspondence, they have not responded to me at all except through an automated recording on their phone. I am extremely upset because not only do they have my product but they have my money. At this point, I DON'T WANT their product and would like a total refund of $57.13 (which includes $7.15 postage)! I had to buy other knee braces in the meantime. This is reprehensible because I have painful osteoarthritis in both knees and hoped their knee braces would benefit my condition. They utterly ignore all of my pleas to contact me. They should be held accountable for the disgraceful way they are handling their business, let alone outright stealing money from customers. Legal action must now be taken since there is no other recourse!!! I do not want to hear from them ever again! There is definitely
a deficiency in their marketplace performance as attested to by numerous dissatisfied customers!

I ordered a product that was the wrong size and I have been trying to get return or exchange instructions for more than 3weeks with no response. Mailed back my purchase and now found out that the address I sent my return to was not a good address. This company is not what it looks like. I see they are not a Revdex.com endorsed company. My mistake. Ihope others do not get scammed by them.
On December 31,2018, I ordered the Neck Hammock Cervical traction device. Upon receipt, I discovered the product was a knockoff and worthless. I have contacted Stability Pro several times, to started the refund process. I have yet to receive a response. On January 8, I sent a message via *** Messenger and an email from my gmail account. I also called on January 15 and called back to leave a voicemail January 18.
I had to wait for my order for 8 days when I was supposed to get my package between 3-5 days and when it finally got here the size wasn’t even correct I ordered a small black waist trainer and I was looking forward to wearing it to discover the sizing wasn’t even right. This company does not deserve even 1 star. Very unprofessional I’ve contacted them multiple times and no call back. I will never order from them again

I purchased a knee stability wrap which I had received on December 21st. I send an email out the next day after trying on the knee brace and told them the brace was to big and the straps around were way to tight. It was as if it would not have worked for anyone. The company has a 30 day refund policy but a 100 percent guarantee of satisfaction of the product. I did not hear anything back through email so I had called and left a msg. After many emails and voice messages I still have yet to hear anything about returning this product. I was shocked and surprised that a company that sends out multiple emails a day to purchase their products could not even return my email or call me about returning this product. I wonder how many other people are purchasing products that do not fit, due to width and strap variation, but are stuck with the product and loss of money due to the company never contacting them about a return, which is the only way the website states to make a return.

I have left numerous emails and phone calls about a order I need to return. This company refusses to contact me. Every time you call the business. There is a message to leave you order number and phone number and someone will get back to you. I made about 6 calls and no call back. The advertisement assures to refund your money up to 30 days. I am returning this package from the address on the package. I hope I get my money back. I can not use the items ordered. Will someone please do something about this company. I read the reviews here and all the complaints are the same reason for contacting Revdex.com. These people sound like a scam. The are stealing from people. They even have the nerve to have on thier website that they support our military. A am a war Veteran. I have never came across anything like this from any website. I do a lot of my shopping on the internet.

I do not recall seeing any message stating no returns or exchanges on promotional items. How can any business force you to not be able to return defective items. It is listed I order on pair of compression socks. I ordered three pair and two of the three pair are defective. I left several messages at the phone number listed on the website. I also sent several emails. I wish someone would just respond. If you read the complaints from other people on the Revdex.com. You will see this company does not respond to customers.

I ordered a knee brace on Jan. 6th. It was finally delivered 1/18/19. I have been sending emails, messages, and voicemails trying to get a response since the day I ordered. I noticed on my confirmation that they had the wrong size and color listed. Thankfully I took screenshots of my order to prove what I paid for, is not what I recieved. All I want is to exchange my knee brace for the correct size, that's it. Your refund policy states 30 days 100% guaranteed. Well I knew before I even got the brace it was going to be wrong and have continued to attempt to contact to no avail. There policy states to email or message to start a refund/exchange but no one answers you.

Dec 6, 2018: Purchased 3 Knee Compression Sleeve Brace with Patella Stabilizer Straps. (USPS First Class 3-5 days delivery)
Dec 11, 2018: Order shipped from Stability Pro.
Dec 22, 2018: Order finally delivered at Post Office, picked up on December 24, 2018. Items were loose after trying them on.
Dec 26, 2018: 1st email attempt to Stability Pro to request exchange of products. Unexpectedly, Stability Pro replied to me via Messenger instead of replying to my email asking, “How can we help you today?” I replied back then I never heard from them again.
Dec 27, 2018: 2nd email attempt. No response. Days have gone by without a reply from Stability Pro.
Jan 1, 2019: 3rd email attempt. No response.
Jan 2, 2019: Stability Pro texts me on Messenger with my return options. I chose to return items for exchange. I returned product for exchange. Sent Stability Pro the USPS tracking number along with a photo of my package to show proof that I returned the items.
Contacted Stability Pro two more times (Jan 8 and Jan 9) and again no response. It’s now Jan 16, 2018. One of the items in this order was supposed to be my Christmas gift to my wife. Please don't buy from this company as they are frauds.

I was given permission from this persons manager to return the products I ordered in order to exchange for the correct size. Their size chart listed online is not accurate. Terrible company and customer service! I ordered items weeks ago, received a shipping notice days after the order, yet the product is still in Arizona! When I attempt to contact the company, I get no response! I am filing a dispute with my bank over the charge since I never got what I ordered!

Like everyone else here, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone with this company. They have a messenger line, but they leave you sitting there without anyone really talking to you.
I was sent the wrong size and wanted to return it for a refund. Obviously, that is never going to happen.

That is not what the ad said as far as no refunds. But they sent the wrong size and will not allow a person to return for the correct size. Yes, the product was delivered, but not as ordered.

I ordered two items, one broke as soon as I removed it from the package. I have attempted 15 times via email on Jan. 8, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 15, 2019 and I called via telephone and left a message which was my only option but no return call was received, to have them send me a return label for an exchange of the items all attempts were to no avail. I received one return email from Bandar K, customer service representative on Jan. 13th informing me that they will not issue a refund only an exchange or store credit. I acknowledged that I was seeking an exchange for both items and received no more communication from any customer service representative. I filed a review of my purchase expressing my dissatisfaction and they refused to post it. The Items in this shipment are Order #*** Sauna Slimming Vest Waist Trainer Adjustable Velcro Sweat Trimmer Belt × 1 Small / Black. No one will answer any of my request or tell me where to return the items no information came in the package and their policy I am now finding out is non refundable. My only option is an exchange or store credit, within the allotted 30 days time frame, however they are not giving me the needed information to proceed with the process. After 15 attempts I feel I have exhausted all of my options on getting a resolution.

You will notice a trend on here (Revdex.com complaints) of really slow shipping times and lack of communications. This was my case. I will avoid this company at all future costs.

I placed an order with this company on 11/26/18. The item received was too small. Per their website, you have to speak to them before returning an item. I have communication from them after several attempts on 12/11/18 telling me where to return the item and how they can handle - exchange or store credit. I paid $3.75 to return the item back by UPS. After that, they stopped communicating with me as I have emails that I sent asking when would I receive the replacement item. They do not answer the phone as they state that they have 24-hour customer service. I never received the replacement item nor my money.
I ordered a knee brace for my daughter, the brace does not tighten enough to work properly. The site guarantees 100% return, however, there is no customer service department. I have emailed SEVERAL times along with leaving voicemails (as no one ever actually answers the 800 number on the website). I wanted to return it, however, that doesn't seem that will be an option since there is literally no one to respond to the return. This definitely seems like a scam company. I would not recommend doing business with them!
