Based the pictures and the description I thought I was ordering two separate products, they were different prices also. When I get my package neither of them is exactly what I want and to make matters worst they don’t fit. Emailed them the same day I received the package and have been trying to reach them everyday since. No response.
I purchased a brace from Stabilitypro. The bill had no shipping on it so I assumed it was free. After paying the bill I was then shown a new billing page and forced to pay shipping after having paid for the product. This is a bait and switch tactic and is probably against US trade practices. I will never shop here again.
I have contacted the returns/exchanges department several times without getting a response on returning the items I purchased.
Purchased two items from this company. The are identical except for color, one at regular price, one at discount. Items are too large, wish to exchange for a previously, well liked item. Items are same price.
Following instructions for contact I have emailed repeatedly, phoned and left messages with no return contact from company regarding exchanges. Their policy is exchanges within two weeks or full refund within 30 days. This is a business (working from home no doubt) that lists themselves as Revdex.com certified.
If they will not exchange for items as even exchange, I wish to press for a full refund.
Dont buy anything from this site! Will st you outta your money and not send you a damn thing! GARBAGE BUSINESS!
I’ve ordered a waist trainer from this website. It never came to my house. I have been contacting the company through email and phone they have yet to get back to me. They took my money and haven’t gave it back to be me and I have not received my order.
The product I ordered was terrible. It was a "shoulder saver". No directions,didn't fit,smelled so badly of chemicals couldn't get it anywhere near me. The website said they have a great return policy, they would not answer me. Finally got my money back from PayPal. Do not buy anything from this scam artist!!
On 10/23/18 contacted StabilityPro about product received did not fit. On 10/26/18 they received my return and sent me two replacement products. Upon receiving new products, I found one product too small and the other defective. On 11/14/18, I informed them I would be returning these products. On 12/7/18 I sent email on update on status. No response. On 12/14/18 I sent them an email that they did not seem interested in resolving this matter. I asked to credit my *** account. To date I have not received any further communication from them. My contact was a person named Bandar K. Your assistance would be appreciated.
This is a fly by night company I ordered a product and immediately changed my mind and went to cancel the order but there was no way to cancel the order on web page. I tried contacting them by e-mail and they did not respond. So we sent product back to them to their Arizona address and I then asked American Express to withhold payment, they did but stability pro contested the money withheld, so American Express payed them. I contacted AX. and explained about the advertisement on web page not explaining anything about policy and returning products so AX. asked for proof so I went to web and looked for their advertisement and it was no longer posted. They are no longer advertising product I purchased, and they are no longer selling product on their home web address. This posture product was a piece of crap and this company sells nothing but crap for inflated prices. I would not recommend buying from this company.
Stability pro product was returned to the via post office return to sender. The product was not opened however stability pro has retained the product and my payment not returning my payment. I have reached out them them unsuccessfully in an attempt to obtain my money
bought 2 knee braces and I was unhappy with the fit, function and the product itself. After wearing for 2 hours the entire Velcro area was shredding and pulling away from the brace. very disappointed with this product

I received my package from Stability Pro & the zipper was completely off the waist trainer. I waited a very long time to receive this package. Not only did I pay additional for shipping, but I didn’t receive my package in the designated days provided to me when I picked the shipping. I was very patient waiting on my package in an untimely manner, but then it arrived broken. For the past week, I have emailed, called, left messages and no one has yet to respond to me. This is so unprofessional and I am very unhappy. I don’t understand why their website says 24 hours 7 days a week customer service. Yet, no matter the hour, they won’t pick up the phone nor email you back. I don’t want an exchange because I don’t trust this company to do any kind of business with them ever again. I just want a full refund & for someone to respond to me as soon as possible. Can you please help me?
purchased 2 knee braces(sleeves), business claims that products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Order did not contain any invoice so unable to return without any proof of purchase and could not explain exactly what needed to be done with the product. I called the business 4 times and never able to speak to anyone. I left message each time that I needed to speak to someone about their return process but no one ever called me back. I also left my email address and requested they send info that way but I never recieved email. My 30 days is almost here. They state on their website that if merchandise is not returned within 30 days/no refund or exchange will be executed. That's exactly what they are counting on that customers are not able to speak to anyone about return process!!!!!
Do not order anything from StabilityPro unless you are willing to accept the fact that your purchases are completely non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in spite of the website guaranteeing otherwise. Tried to return non-fitting items by emailing the company at the address specified on the website and also by calling them. There is no way to reach a person at any time of day as your only option when calling is to leave a message. NO messages nor emails were ever answered by the company after multiple days of trying.
The items I ordered online are not what I received. They are the right color - not the same item and wrong size. I immediately tried to contact them via Telephone Number; Email; FB Messenger to no avail. I left numerous messages that I needed to Return the items for a Refund or an Exchange but again to No Avail. They DO NOT Communicate with you after they take your Money over the Internet. This is extremely Unjust $35.99 is a lot of money for someone who is disabled. I still have the original items and by now I would like a Refund - I do not want to do business with this type of company. There is no way for me to contact them, I've used all resources to No Avail. Please help me, as I said $35.99 is a Lot of Money.
The business is liar. I bought a socks and one is bad, the zipper is broken, so I wrote to support email but anybody answer me, they don't have phone for call them so I lose my money.
Their return policy is bogus. The return policy must include the return in case of defective products. Any return polices is legal or justice for bad or broken products but this company don't answer.
DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER where you can complain or ask questions?
I have Facebook so I wrote in messenger, they read my message but not answered me.
This company is a total fraud.
So, when will be fined this company?
I purchase a back brace from the company and the unit was shipped to my address. The unit arrived 2 weeks later and when I opened the package it was to small and was not the proper size. I immediately tried to contact them by phone and got the recording. I left the information as requested and waited several days for an response. I followed up with an email requesting return instructions and I have not received any responses. I have called them again via phone with the same results. Is there any recourse that consumers have against tis company?

Beware of this company. They don’t answer there phone nor return phone calls. I should have know there was a problem when I placed an order with them online and it took 2 weeks to receive the merchandise that are poorly made/designed products with NO STABILITY to it at all.

The checkout process for this company is extremely misleading and as a result I accidentally purchased two of the same knee brace (3 braces in total). I wanted to see of the two, which I preferred and send the other back. I had emailed and called 3x each about my accidental double purchase with no response over the course of a week.
They have disclaimers stating anything purchased on discount is non-refundable...they literally discount everything before checking out, and the misleading part is they discount it again after you checkout, but it feels like they are offering you a deeper discount. The products are terrible and this website is a total sham. I'm shocked this is the leading website Google leads you to on their shopping page for knee support.
