We apologize for the inconvenience this customer has experienced. A review of Mrs. [redacted]'s order indicates she was issued a full refund in the amount of $720.79 on Friday, 07/24/2015. All aspects of assistance have been fulfilled and resolved.

I have received my refund which is what I required.
However, if you consider the amount of time I spent on the phone with Sports Authority and their affiliates in order to resolve this matter you can imagine, the quote from the company that this is "not the standard experience" above is a bit lacking. Nice apology Sports Authority.

A supervisor from our Senior Management Team reached out to Mrs. [redacted] and explained why the order was cancelled. Due to the inconvenience, Mrs. [redacted] was provided a $40.00 code she may use on a future purchase which she has used on a new order that was placed on 5/10/2016. I am rejecting this response because: the voicemail I received and still have simply states I was not forgotten about and that Mercedes would reach out to me on Monday 2/8/16 to discuss what was decided. No phone call was received.  If you have a proposal for me you can call me on the number I have left to discuss.  I just viewed your current promotions and ironically your offer you mention as your "resolution" to me is nothing more that anyone in the general public can go into any store and get since you are running a 20% off your entire purchase coupon at this time. I am not sure how you feel that is offering me any sort of incentive for all I have endured for the past 90 days and the rudeness your company has shown me.  When I requested a call back regarding this manner one of your supervisors informed me that would not happen. I told her I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com her response to me was "good luck with that" and hung up on me. Now I have Sports Authority's attention.   This is the level of customer service you are allowing your supervisors to provide should be shameful to a company at your level.  For the record, your advertisement was nationwide on TV, newspaper and internet. I called several stores in different states and each time I called the stores told me they did not carry that brand and I asked them to searched to find a store in the US that had it and the ONLY store was in Puerto Rico so your claim of it being and inventory is true and misleading at the same time. Your company ran a campaign that they could not honor.  That is false advertising plain and simple and even though I spoke to representatives in your corporate office mid December you did not take the offer off your website until February when I complained to Mercedes again that you were still advertising the offer.  I look forward to your reasonable resolution to this manner. Please ensure that when you contact me you have something better to offer than what anyone in the entire US can walk into one of your stores and receive.

We apologize for the inconvenience this customer has experienced. A review of Mr. [redacted]'s order indicates he purchased an order with overnight shipping however, stated he did not receive it overnight. We have advised Mr. [redacted] on the time frame for overnight shipping from when he placed the order. However, as a courtesy and not as an acknowledgment of any wrong doing we have issued a credit for this customers shipping charge. All aspects of assistance have been fulfilled and resolved.

This is not the standard experience we intend to deliver to our customers. Thank you for your assistance in this matter and for helping us to expedite the resolution process.

            This letter is in response to complaint [redacted] filed by [redacted] against www.SportsAuthority.com:  a website that [redacted], maintains and operates.                        We apologize for the inconvenience this customer has experienced.  A review of Mr. [redacted] order indicates he received a damaged treadmill and has been trying to return it. We have issued a heavy weight pick up and explained to the Mr. [redacted] the freight carrier will contact him to schedule a pick up date. Mr. [redacted] contacted us and stated he has still not been contacted. We reached out to the freight carrier and were advised they have tried to contact Mr. [redacted] multiple times to schedule a pick up date. The freight carrier has advised us to have Mr. [redacted] contact them to set schedule a pick up date. We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] on 2/17/2016 informing him that he will need to contact the freight carrier to schedule a pick up appointment as they are unable to get in contact with him. A supervisor from our Senior Management Team has reached out to Mr. [redacted] to confirm an appointment has been scheduled for a pick up or that the damaged product has been picked up.                         This is not the standard experience we intend to deliver to our customers. A supervisor from our Senior Management Team reached out to Mr. [redacted] and advised the reason he was denied 25% off the ProForm Endurance 520e Elliptical was due to the fact the product was excluded. A list is provided on our website to view items excluded for promotions. Unfortunately, the list does not include all items; however, other exclusions may apply.  We make every effort to inform our customers of exclusions. As a courtesy and not as an acknowledgment of any wrong doing we have approved customer for 25% off an alternate product as the ProForm Endurance Elliptical is currently out of stock.
