I am rejecting this response because:I did not sign that form, my sister did and she said that there was nothing filled in on it. She was told to sign it because they had delivered the washer.They ran the washer for a few minutes, using up the water in the hot water tank, then they turned it off saying everything was good and they left.I didn't know there was a problem until about 30 minutes after they left when the neighbor ( I live in a duplex ) came over and said she had no waterthat was when I realized I also had no water.I just sent a copy of all of the paperwork that I have to the Revdex.com of Akron Ohio. Enclosed in that is a copy of that page with nothing signed are checkedoff. I sent it regular mail. Do you want me to send you a copy also or can you get it from them ?

We are standing by our denial, no reimbursement will be issue. the customer didn't have a clear path for the delivery team to remove the existing furniture thru the home into the garage so the delivery team advise the claimant and claimant became irate and pushed the delivery team out the door and...
closed the door on the one of the delivery person arm. the delivery person pushed the door to removed his arm. no reimbursement
we have spoke with the claimant and claimant is working on getting a second estimates for the repairs at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: The first pair of servicemen that came after we originally found the leak told us that the hoses were incorrectly installed and showed...
that they were leaking. That had nothing to do with the valves. The valves weren't mentioned until the original installer came back, unscheduled and without a partner and damaged the valves by overtightening. If the service notes don't reflect this, then they've done a good job of covering up the botched installation.

this claim was deny to the customer. this was a plumber issue not an installation issue. claimant signed release of all claims.
This claims is still under investigation We just recvd. the paperwork from claimant and we are investigation before we determine liability at this time.

They installed it incorrectly and because of that I had to call the plumber. I would like reimbursed...
for the plumbing bill because if they had installed it correctly I would have not needed the plumber at all.

The item was finally delivered after having to file the complaint and making the company aware of the filing. It should not have to take all of that for the problem to of been resolved! I will not ever be ordering again from [redacted] due to the fact that they use this shipping company for my area.
