I am rejecting this response because:All the damages which I sent photos of to Spirit delivery were caused by the delivery people. I had a contractor come out and he...
confirmed that these damages were in fact caused by the removal and delivery of a refrigerator. I also sent the photos on the dag of the delivery to [redacted] and sent them to Spirit.

This claim was tender into the delivery company that did the delivery to the claimant's home so they can investigate the claim and determine liability.

I am rejecting this response because:This company has had two months to investigate this claim. They will not return phone calls and messages (well over ten messages). They are...
clearly trying to avoid financial responsibility for their negligence. I have submitted all requested documents to them including two estimates for repair (these estimates will expire soon and I will have to pay yet again for new repair estimates). I would like the Revdex.com to recontact this company to try to push this matter along.

We are denying responsibility for the damages to claimant's property. We didn't installed the appliance due to clamant not having a shut off valve behind the appliance.
See attached paperwork/release signed by claimant that there was no damage to the property.
Please be advise that we re-send out the claimants check to her address: [redacted] on 9/23/15. The check came back to us so we send it out again on 9/23/15 to the address that she provide to us. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: I did not close the door on the delivery person. The door was broken and the jamb after the door was securely closed. I never became irate as I had the delivery company on the phone and a contract in hand. They made that up so as to justify kicking my door. The door and jamb could not have been broken if the door was open. Also the police called the delivery team three times to return and they didn't. They called the police not me and refused to return. I have been patient and was assured I would have my door repaired that is one reason I didn't press charges. The other was for fear of retaliation. Also the officer talked to your delivery company and was told I would be compensated. They only made up an excuse to justify kicking my door in. Spirit it saddens me that this is your justification for allowing their actions. I have been patient and you couldn't even return my calls. Look at the pictures and the incident report. Explain how it was physically possible to damage a door to that extent when it was open according to your delivery man. I never became irate as I said I was on the phone with the delivery company and [redacted] who both assured me this would be covered. In response to there was no clear path to the garage is a joke. 1. That is the way they came and 2. When they refused I asked them to put it in the adjacent room and they refused. Their boss also told them to and they refused. Clearly someone, your employee is lying and you are using that as an excuse. I am still waiting for my door and jamb to be repaired by your company. I am trying to avoid legal action. This is what a quality company does is compensate their customers for an injustice. I am offended that you would hide behind their lies. Please set this right and be a stand up company and do the right thing.

We didn't find no liability on the delivery team. Customer home was under construction at the time of the delivery and there is no proof that the damages was caused by the delivery company. Claimant signed an waiver stating no damages to the home or appliances/ See attached...
