The entire process was professional. Each person I dealt with treated me with respect and caring. I got great instructions on what to do before and after the procedure and always knew there was someone I could talk to. I was a bit scared the morning of the procedure, knowing it was only local anesthesia, but with the pre-op medication and the numbing medication used, I think I slept through most of the surgery. First-week results are amazing but I can't wait to see myself in a couple of months.

Prior to Sono Bello collecting any money from our patients, they are required to review and sign a very informative and detailed financial agreement. That financial agreement states that in order to book a procedure it requires a non-refundable deposit. That notation has a separate initial point...

that was signed. As well, the agreement has language that allows us to charge the credit card selected at an additional point in the future, if all fees are not paid in full,  if the patient elects that to be the case as was in this matter. That paragraph is also separately initialed. In summary, the charges are valid and were authorized by a signed contract and each point of contention in this complaint are contrary to the specific passages the patient signed. As a customer service gesture the deposit was refunded. This complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello as all charges were authorized by contract that was signed and acknowledged by the patient.

The entire staff was awesome!! They all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care. They followed up to see how I was doing. I am very excited with the outcome. And can't wait to see the final results!! Thanks and God bless you Sono Bello staff !!

My experience with Sonobello was awesome. The staff is very friendly. My consultation went great. I'm definitely seeing results with the Venus Freeze.

My only regret in doing this is that I wish I had done it years ago. I am incredibly happy with the results and could not be happier!!

Absolutely love SONOBELLO Scottsdale. The ladies at the front desk are always so inviting and upbeat. It's so nice to walk in for my appointment and be greater with a smile. Response: Prior to any of our patients undergoing a procedure we have them review and sign numerous forms and consent agreements that clearly line out what is and isn’t possible with our procedures. The consent form in particular states that results will vary as this is a surgical procedure. The...

form also states that patient must participate in a healthy lifestyle post procedure to preserve their results. It is also agreed in those signed forms that we do not offer post procedure refunds under any circumstance. It appears since this post the patient has met with several of our surgeons. This complaint should be closed as we are actively working with the patient to address her concerns.

I would like to say my experience at Sonobello has been superb so far,I would like to say thank you for all the excellent help and advise that I have been given by all the staff at Sonobello...I still have a ways to go before I am completely healed up and to the final shape that I will be at the end,at that time I would like to be given a chance to tell the people the way I feel and look at that time...Thank you!!

My experience with Sono Bello has been wonderful. From my very first consultation the staff has been honest and supportive. I felt very comfortable going in for the procedure. The nurses and doctors listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Recovery was pretty rough the first couple of weeks, but I got through it. I was back to running after about three weeks with minimal discomfort. I am currently training for the whiskey row half marathon and is going very well. The procedure has made running more comfortable over all. I still have a bit of swelling in my abdominal area, but it gets a little bit better every day.

Great staff, very friendly, doctor was outstanding followup precise, Scottsdale office was comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

After having two babies via C-Section, my abdomen had a lot of loose skin. The Venus Legacy treatment has greatly improved the volume and tightening of the skin. The Venus Technician examines the area before every treatment to make sure we are on track and makes changes as needed to get my desired result.

I am so happy I chose Sonobello for my procedure. Right from my first consultation with Maureen I knew this was where I wanted to be and there was no need to go anywhere else. They had just passed an accreditation days before which also gave me more asurance. The day of my procedure (lower facial lift) I was nervous but once I got there my awesome nurse Tao took care of me every step of the way & has continued to with all of my aftercare. As a mother of 3 grown daughters, fitness enthusiast and careful dieter, I have struggled with some excess fat on my abdominal/ waist/ hip area that doesn't go away with diet and exercise for 23 years. My husband encouraged me to visit Sonobello and I am so pleased with my liposuction results. My stomach is flat, and never has been. My results were almost instant, but once the initial swelling went down in the first week, I was so excited! I could actually see my abs after a few weeks and now at 5 week out, the swelling is very minimal and I am back to the gym! I actually look great in my clothes and my bikini, the scars are mostly invisible, and I have confidence that I never had before! The surgery was painless and the post op discomfort was minimal. I am seen at the Scottsdale location and the entire staff are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They are very helpful, pleasant and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure your expectations are met. Great experience and I will continue going to SonoBello. I did a lot of research on other facilities prior to selecting SonoBello and I am EXTREMELY happy that I chose to use them for my Liposuction and Venus. The Physician was absolutely wonderful prior, during and after the procedure. The reason we use as many forms and contracts as we do is to help minimize confusion and outline contractually what we can and cannot do. Our staff does not make absolute promises as this is a surgical procedure and results vary.   Bottom line is that the procedure was performed and a large volume of fat was removed and a positive improvement in appearance was obtained. I am sorry that you are not satisfied. The reason you must be seen for your 6 month appointment is to determine IF anything additionally can be done to help your concerns. Keep in mind though we do not offer post procedure refunds under any circumstance as was agreed in your contracts.  If it is determined that expectations are realistic we may be able to offer you an additional de-bulking procedure at a greatly discounted rate as specified in your contracts. To qualify for that you must come to all post-operative appointments and be within 3% of your weight prior to surgery.

From the moment I had my initial consultation with Marin I felt so at ease and completely informed of the entire process. Being a nurse in a surgical setting I had high standards and I was not dissapointed!! Dawn, my procedure nurse, was so kind and real!! I was not nervous at all and every step of the safe surgery process I am accustomed to was followed to perfection!! Dr. Case was so professional and had such wonderful bedside manner. I have absolutely nothing negative to report! My follow up nurse Belinda was also so kind and wonderful.
