Please be advised that Sono Bello goes through an extensive education process with all our patients to insure that they have realistic expectations about what is possible with our procedures and what is not possible including that there is no guarantee of resultThis is mentioned in multiple forms and contractsAll our patients prior to undergoing treatment are required to review an extensive set of disclosures, consents and instructions to insure they understand the limitations with our procedureOur consent clearly reads that while contour improvement is expected results are not guaranteedFurther in our liposuction instruction sheet also signed by all patients it states "patients must comply with all treatment protocols and recommendations from their physician to achieve best outcome"In this case the patient has refused to come in for their follow up appointments. The patient clearly says in her complaint "she looks better in her clothes"This alone indicates that Sono Bello did deliver upon the results that were expectedPlease also be advised that three of the forms signed by all of our patients that Sono Bello does not provide refunds post procedure under any circumstanceAfter review of her medical chart and pre and post-operative photos a positive outcome was achieved and a high volume of fat was removedFurther, the patient also signed our high BMI consent which states extra limitations of results for this patient groupAgain, despite that the patient has had good resultsSono Bello also has an assurance policy that provides our patients the opportunity to have additional fat removed after their primary surgery at an additional costThe patient can reference the High BMI consent for extra details. This is an option for the patient provided she return to Sono Bello for the agreed upon follow up appointments as specified in the numerous forms that were signedIn summary, Sono Bello went through many steps and lengths to insure the patient and all our patients know what is possible and not possible with our procedures including the fact that there is no guaranteeDespite that a positive outcome was achieved as confirmed by the complaintWe are more than happy to continue to extend the benefits of our assurance policy however the patient must come in for her follow up appointments as she agreedThis complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello

In order to further assist the patient with her concerns it is necessary for her to come to the clinic to complete her contractually obligated month post operative appointment to determine what options if any are available for the patient to rectify their concernsWeight gain post procedure can minimize results which is disclosed and acknowledged in the customer signed instruction form as well as the consent formThat said, the results visible at one week and month appointments were positive and indicated that the improvements were made consistent with an intended outcomeAs previously mentioned the consent states there is no guarantee and that patients must have realistic expectations regarding resultsIf the patient is truly concerned about the final outcome being seen in our clinic for a month appointment is the only option to determine what if anything we can do further to help address her concerns

This is a safe, fast and most comfortable procedureThe staff and doctors are very attentive during and after the surgeryThey also work very hard to get you amazing resultsSono Bello is simply the best!

This is my second set of sessions doing the venus freeze and I for one am 100% satisfied! I've seen tremendous results the first time which is why I wanted to do another setI had a child previously with this horrible pooch and I have lost so much weight doing thisClothes never lie I went from a size to a now and I started at pounds and I am now :) The staff are friendly and very reasonable, I highly recommend it!

I would have to say that this is a process that you must be committed to all the way to the endThere will be pain, but that comes with any type of surgeryIf you can get past the first couple of days, you will be on your way to the most wonderful resultsI would say, be realisticIt's not a miracle! But I am so excited by my results so far and it has only been weeksMy clothes are practically falling off of me!!! All patients, at time of electing to have a procedure sign a very informative series of documentsOne such form is a financial agreement that states in bold, that $is no refundable under any circumstanceThe clause is initialed directly by the patient prior to accepting any money
This clause is placed there to help force our patients to carefully consider where this procedure is right for them and to insure the costly time of OR room reservation and staff time is not wasted unnecessarily. I am sorry that the customer felt pressured, that is not the intentOur passion for what we do and the transformative change we provide our patients can be a little exuberant. Even though legally no refund is due, per the contract that is signed, the deposit has been refunded. This complaint should be closed in favor of the business
