Amazing app so happy with yours price, the best for me

I've been using Snap travel for years now. I get touch notch places for economy prices. Went to *** for dirt cheap. Just got back this weekend from a little getaway In ***. And book my next weekend escape for 4th of July. Highly recommended

I was fast and easy to book a room and saved me because I never book through 3rd party hotel sites but this snap travel is great!

Easy to use, and always the lowest price, Snaptravel is my new go-to for finding the cheapest lodgings in town. It’s been a great experience so far

Confident I got the cheapest rate and stayed in a hotel in long beach ca. I understand covid19 is an issue to many, but when just booking a stay and going I was happy and would use again.

Easy to use, price was the best I found and check in was a breeze.

Worst experience ever! Do not use SnapTravel. We booked our hotel and when we arrived the hotel was closed. We understand so we call customer service trying to get a refund to book someone to not be stranded for the night. We called customer service, emailed, sent a chat, sent the form and nothing. Spent 3+ hours trying to get a hold of customer service. Finally we heard someone on the phone but they hung up. We were beyond frustrated, another hour to finally get a hold of customer service. They had to escalate the situation and told us they would call us back in 10 minutes. So we wait and wait and we get a call back. They have to call the hotel to make sure it was closed so again we had to wait to find out what we were going to do? The night approaches no response we have to call several other hotels to find an a place to stay. We had to pay for another hotel. Two days later they offer us a credit. I don’t understand why I can’t get a refund if the hotel is closed. I would never use this service ever again. It has caused me nothing but stress. Now I’ve been going back and forth and I’m getting nowhere with them. If anything I just want to make sure no one else uses SnapTravel.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute road trip to Las Vegas on memorial holiday weekend and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to book a last minute hotel reservation with Snaptravel!

used their site to rent a room at Sleep Inn philladelphia. serached for pet friendly hotels - sleep inn was displayed - so I booked room. upon arrival hotel refused to allow me to stay as they do not take pets. ithey don take phone cals but only via chat, they said show proof that hotel doesn't allow pets so I sent them a screenshot that says they dont take pets. Now they're telling me it's my responsibllity to know that the hotel didn't take pets - i'm seeking 116 refund.

Made reservation several months in advance found out that the hotel would be closed due to COVID. Snap travel gave me the run around. I tried to cancel up to 2 months in advance and then they said to wait 1 day prior to the hotel check in date... now I think this is due to assuring the balance completed cleared which is shady on their end. After the check in date, I resubmitted the request for refund and did not hear anything it... it was not until I went through *** for a refund that the company responded saying that they would definitely not give me a refund. I understand that companies are having a hard time with COVID but charging a consumer for a closed hotel is the lowest of the low. I sincerely hope that this company goes out of business and is unable to recover because they are dishonest and do not deserve to serve the community. I will get my refund from my bank and you will get your karma.

I needed a room immediately at the best price. It was not a planned thing. Totally last minute. Snaptravel had the best price and the whole thing was flawless. I’ll be checking them anytime I travel for their best offer.

Straight up with no hidden fees like other booking travel sights. I would definitely recommend this site and I usually don’t leave reviews unless they are good.

Very easy to use, flaw free wheh checking in to hotel room. Book it and forget about it til check in time. Smooth as butter.

I booked a hotel room for the price advertised with the total being given as 28 dollars and change. AFTER I had payed, the website said I would have to pay the hotel 33 dollars when I arrived. This is a scam. It defeats the entire purpose of me wanting the hotel room when it costs twice as much as advertised.

EXTREMELY DISHONEST COMPANY. They sold me a room for a hotel in a state that has been locked down for months and wouldn't be open during the time of my reservation. I ordered the room on 5/18 (not knowing that the hotel was closed) for the weekend of May 22-25th. The next day, I found that the hotel was closed and so was the rest of the state until at least June 1st.

I decided to call SnapTravel to get my reservation canceled. After calling half a dozen times with no answers, I waited a few hours and called back and finally got a rep on the phone (Her name was April) to look into my issue. I got the runaround with her and after requesting to speak to a manager, I was told that they weren't available. After countless attempts to try to persuade the rep to help me, she promised that my issue was going to be escalated and that a manager was going to personally reach out to me to resolve the issue.

Spoiler Alert: I did not receive a callback and have not gotten a refund on the reservation. I proceeded to file a chargeback with my bank because this company is clearly taking advantage of people during a global pandemic.

They are dishonest and lack integrity like how a business should. If I could give them a worse rating I absolutely would. Do not waste your time with these crooks. Also, if you dive deeper into their online reputation (check their Revdex.com profile reviews) there are dozens of other people who have had the same situation occur.

I hope this review helps someone avoid a future headache. Don't let their positive reviews and their mediocre site persuade you into booking through them. Book direct with the hotel if at all possible!

Snaptravel sold me a hotel reservation for a closed hotel during covid19.
I have talked to their customer service team through email multiple times and they refuse to refund me

Snaptravel sold me a two day stay in a hotel in Manchester NH knowing that the hotels in NH are under orders to only provide hotels to essential workers.
When I arrived at the hotel I was not allowed to stay.
The hotel received no payment from Snaptravel.
Snaptravel refuses to refund me the $159.13 they stole from me.

They can be used at any Snaptravel hotel within the next year. Note that you need to book within 12 months but they can be used for travel at a later date.

Falsely advertising our hotel rates and we are not contracted. Please remove our hotel from your website or we will not honor the reservations coming in.
