Never heard of this site, we travel a lot showing horses. Booked at the Omni Hotel in Fort Worth, Tx.
Very pleased! They kept me updated on check in, (at 2:30 am) and got me upgraded. Definitely will book with them going forward.

I used Snaptravel to book a room while on a road trip and the process was seamless and they offered me the cheapest rate available for my desired hotel by about 20%. I thought it was too good to be true but it wasn’t! Also the text messages directly to my phone felt like very personalized service, and for me this was much easier than searching through email for reminders and confirmations. Booked a hotel in a pinch with snap travel and communications were highly effective in the *** messenger app. Very happy with the speedy service and great rates. Highly recommend these guys to book travel

If I could give negative stars I would. When I arrived at my hotel to check in at 9:15 pm they said there was no reservation. Snap travel had already taken my money and when I called they said they had already sent over the reservation. It never came. An urgent care rep was notified and I was told I would receive a phone call in 10 min. That phone call was not received until 1:11 am. By that time I had already booked a new reservation with the hotel and was in my room. Snaptravel said they would refund me but it’s been 4 days and nothing. I contacted my bank and they said they have gotten multiple fraud alerts on snaptravel. The hotel is also aware of this

At first I was hesitant to book a hotel room with Snaptravel since I hadn't heard of them before. After a brief search online to verify their legitimacy, I decided to give them a try and everything turned out great. No complaints, everything went smoothly and as expected. Cheapest price for hotel room by a substantial amount. I cannot speak regarding customer service as I did not encounter anything out of the ordinary and did not need to contact them.
