Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI still do not agree with this business's decision although it was brought to my attention that it was "TransUnion" the credit reporting agency that made the error in letting Barclays Bank even access my credit in the first place Barclays bank had no regards to my feelings or to why they weren't suppose to access my credit and call me first before they even ran my credit, they just said they did everything right on there end so that was it they couldn't help me and they never addressed the rude customer service I got the first time I called! So no my complaint is NOT resolved and I believe this inquire should be removed from my credit report immediately! Even though it wasn't there fault they had no compassion for my situation and TransUnion told me the only way this can be removed is for Barclays Bank to call or write TransUnion to have them remove it!
