Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: RECEIVED LETTER FROM BARCLAYCARD STATING THAT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES HAVE BEEN REBILLED TO MY ACCOUNT.I LOST MY WALLET WITH ALL MY PERSONAL INFO,DRIVER LIC.,ELECTORAL CARD,AND ALL MY CREDIT CARDS.I FILED A POLICE REPORT AND REPORTED CARD LOST TO COMPANY REP.THEN BARCLAY DECIDES TO LOWER MY CREDIT LINE BEING AN ID THEFT VICTIM,WHICH WAS RESOLVED AND NOW THEY REBILL MY ACCOUNT WITH UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AGAIN FOR SAME INCIDENT.I CALLED FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS AND WAS LIKE TALKING WITH WALL,NO CONSIDERATION OR ADDRESSING MY PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNTTranslate Desired Outcome: I REQUEST THAT BARCLAYCARD IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ALL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES THAT WERE NOT MADE BY ME ON MY ACCOUNT AND STOP HARRASSING ME BY MAIL BY THE FRAUD DEPTAND ADHERE TO FAIR CREDIT ACT RULES AND REGULATIONS!

So far the worst card experience all around EVERWhen applying for the card, the system would not allow the P.Obox for an address but did not allow me to mark a different mailing addressCalled immediately and asked that the mailing address be updatedThe rep marked the account as though the card had been lost or stolen and sent me a new card to the PO box but did not receive the terms and conditionshad to call rep again and request thatThey did not update the address for the contact and gave me such a hard time in order just to speak to meAfter all was said and done, I got the terms and conditions mailed to the PO boxThen when I activated the card through the website there was a horrible experience with itSent in a customer review/complaint regarding the trouble with the website with still no responseWhen setting up my payment, I got confirmations twice later to find out that my account wasn't located and the payments were not received yet no email stating thatHad I not went on there again today to make another payment, I wouldn't have seen the issuePlus payments do not post the same day but take on average days to postThis is not the service or difficulty I wanted or expectedI want to just pay off the balance and close this account because I would rather have a bad ding on my credit for closing the account then have to deal with this company ever again in the futureNot worth the hassle and aggravation involved
