The credit report was not ammended as I was told, the check that was supposed to be voided was cashed meaning if I would have believed them I would still be waiting for the money to be somewhere (and/or thinking I do not owe them at all), the min. payment does not reflect the activity that would have been on the account had I been told the correct information from the start; this is clearly deceptive consumer behavior, however I do not have the time for going into legal battles over such a small amount of money. I never (!) claimed balance transfers were at a 0 APR, the "Office of the President" rep suggested and after conducting an investigation she was supposed to call me back, that never happened. I just received correspondence telling me they had "given feedback" to the agents who basically lied to me, however everyone is providing the wrong information, apparently even the resolutions team top managers and the OOP. I used to work at a financial institution call center and if an agent (or many) made such a mistake they would have gotten into real trouble and held accountable for the amount of money they were off. Giving Feedback is not enough, who are you hiring in the first place? If that were not bad enough the simple thing they seemed to do right (giving me 10000 rewards points) , are not redeemable as they are supposed to get into my inbox as a gift card for Apple, still not in my inbox or anywhere after almost a month.
