Samsung tries to accommodate our customers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review However in Mr [redacted] case, he was previously advised that his refrigerator is OOW (out of warranty) and any repair costs would be at his expense Regrettably, Samsung’s stance remains the same Due to the unit being OOW, no accommodations can be made for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the fact that my matter was finally cleared up, nothing at all has been mentioned about the shockingly terrible customer service at Samsung. I spent many hours over the span of three months trying to get this resolved.It speaks volumes about the culture of incompetence at Sumsung that the only way they finally resolved this was when I contact the RevDex.com and the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs. I am rejecting this response because: It was a refrigerator with over of melting food that was barely years old to have a board fry up After bouncing all over customer service, which I believe was Bangladesh, and given a number for a service provider still a week out, I had to take matters into my own hands and contact a local provider Unfortunately, Samsung is a special order ( I can see why, because there are constantly problems), I still have to wait a week for a part and I am forced to spend on a refrigerator that is barely years old and one we payed almost for A Kenmore, why maybe not as pretty, would have fun forever and I would not have a problem getting a part WE are a family of with little kids and living out of a cooler Tracy from the office of the President doesn't think my time is important or melting food This wasn't a broken TV It was a broken appliance full of food and the first person they sent me to was a week out for even a visit Not to mention, the service provider they recommended was 2xs the cost of the local repairman and I am guessing this is all part of a scam I will contact investor relations today and I will email the corporate office daily until Samsung stands behind their products

Hello, We do thank you for allowing Samsung the opportunity to review and resolve your inquiry.In review of your account it appears your product is setup for shipment to Samsung for repair of an power cycle issue (Service Ticket # [redacted] Our records indicate the repair facility has been instructed to provide a total motherboard replacement which should provide resolution Once this repair has been complete your product would infact have been totally refurbished, which is in essence the same as receiving a reconditioned replacement deviceAs per warranty, a replacement is likely to be that of a reconditioned unit.Samsung must be allowed the opportunity to exhaust all repair options available, as our obligation as the manufacturer is to provide repair service Unfortunately, we cannot speculate how many attempts it may take to repair a unit.If after this repair attempt you are still experiencing issues with the device Samsung can then look into alternate resolution for your issue.To resolve this issue as quickly as possible we must ask that you proceed with the return shipment of your product to Samsung via the shipping label emailed to you on 2/21/so we may continue with service.Thank you
Samsung received the original Revdex.com complaint 12/1/at which point a new service ticket and shipping label were processed the same dayService ticket [redacted] / [redacted] Tracking: [redacted] .The consumer shipped the phone to Samsung, delivered 12/6/After further evaluation the phone was returned unrepaired due to a void of warranty ( [redacted] Tracking [redacted] delivered 12/8/16)The phone was found to have been repaired by a third party facility - back of the unit was different from the original part.Please reference the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty - Section- What Is Not Covered: [redacted] Samsung authorized shipment of the phone for evaluation due to a complaint of proof of purchase not being approvedOnce the phone arrives at the repair facility all other factors pertaining to the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty apply.Based on the condition of the device Samsung must refer the consumer to their service provider for resolution if insurance is available.Thank you
